I don't use premiere and AE so I'm not sure... But I don't think you can create lower third in CapCut and then take it to premiere. But like I said, not sure.

@renemlekuz i mean its still for capcut projects, not for another, so i can use LWT for another projects video without make it manually again

Just type lower third in youtube or google and you'll understand. But if you would watch my tutorial you would see...
