This is what to do exactly:
Character select:
Press Square hold right until max handicap.
Select Naruto and Sasuke:
Button sequence:
Press circle once
Grab(guard + circle) while down from this attack get close and press circle once to get a downed strike.
Continue doing grab attacks until close to death then do another downed attack

Either easy mode makes you do less damage or naruto has more heath and can't be the opponent

Huh..when I do it with Orochimaru it didn’t work. Switched to Naruto vs Sasuke and it worked perfectly

He has Sasuke on P2 not CPU. This way he doesn’t move at all.

Did you change the settings like I did before fighting? I maxed out the handicap for myself at 0:14. I also melee hit the opponent 1 time before starting
