So much of what you said reminded me of my experience and realizations. One example, the connection w/nature and how it takes all our bodily waste, tears, garbage, memories, "good & bad" etc.
I also experienced my body doing its own thing; I was wiping energy off myself.

Lol, you don’t have to fly to Puru. There are places in major cities like Florida, California, and New York. You just have to do some research. I was too lazy, just went with someone’s recommendation..
