Those 21 year olds are trained to know when it's OK to have fun with it and when to put their game faces on. And pilots are a special breed. They can be over confident and come off the wrong way to folks who haven't seen the way they work in a team dynamic. As a former 1A8, flight linguist, all the pilots I've ever worked with in the USAF would always check in with us first to get fast Intel and keep the whole crew safe. We are the ears that hear all your fears. We are the first to know when shit is about to go down 🎧
