- Our trip to Sweden continues with a visit to Kolmården! This huge wildlife park is home to one of the most spectacular roller coasters in Europe, Wildfire! This huge wooden roller coaster manufactured by Rocky Mountain Construction opened in 2018 and in this vlog we share on ride POV's from this beast of a ride. Along with that we check out the other rides at the park and take a walk around the animal exhibits. This includes a ride on the spectacular 30 minute cable car over the animals!

If this park adds some more roller coasters and advertises as half theme park and half zoo, it could become Europe’s bush gardens which would be soo cool!

Is it just me or did anyone else think Shawn was asking Charlotte about Imagining having a stroller going to Wildfire?
Wildfire has been a top 3 bucket list coaster for me ever since I first heard about it. It’s crazy how a zoo of all places could afford to build an RMC.
It’s such a spectacular ride! The park also owns Grona Lund and a few other parks so I guess that’s how they got the finances to pay for it!
The zoo must have had a lot of money to build an awesome RMC coaster like that it looks awesome.
Ohhh my days! Wildfire looked like it was flying round. Love the turnaround before the 1st drop. Well worth a 3.5 hr journey.

Its crazy only so you know like, you have to ride it irl to feel the feeling of it 😊
Charlotte managed to get a water ride at Kolmården even though they don't have one😂, btw we had a rainstorm in Gothenburg yesterday so you where there at the perfect time😀

What a great idea to have gondolas to view the animals! Also, can't believe you both got on that coaster when it was pouring like that! That puts all those log flume and other water rides to shame! Great vlog! Had so much fun watching it.

Can't help but feel an RMC like wildfire suits Thorpe Park perfectly instead of Exodus, Chessington Would also be perfect with the animal park theme.

We can see why you were prepared to take on the complicated journey. Like you say, those two big attractions, Wildfire and Safari looked exceptional experiences. Plus you have the Aquarium...sea life attractions add extra (better than at West Midlands Safari park). I've taken a look on Google Earth and see this park is close to the Estuary and plenty of camping going on. Thankyou for showing.

That was a great vlog, better than the vlog from last time. You and Charlotte were very brave to get on the coaster in the rain. I loved the shots you got of the animals you got some very close up. I love it when you do animal parks will you be doing some more when you go to France?

I always remember getting to the front of the queue at Everest and it had started lashing it down!!! It was still riding though. I had my eyes closed the whole time and it was like being hit by tiny stones all the way around. 😂

This zoo/park reminds me of a game I used to play when I was a kid😂zoo tycoon & zoo tycoon 2 plus all the add ons😂
Once I've done Europa Park and Energylandia, I might have to look at doing the Swedish Parks. I don't drive so it may be tricky but these 3 parks looks stunning.
It’s a great trip to do and can easily be done on public transport!

This is definitely the most obvious example I've ever seen of a rollercoaster running at different speeds. That first POV was blistering and the last was crawling! Just goes to show no ride is really ever the same and you need multiple rides to really get the full picture. At full speed someone might rank that right up there but on a slow one maybe not so much.
I couldn’t believe how fast it was riding in the heat!
Loved that thunderclap at the end of the video, was loud lol. Amazing and interesting park & zoo with interesting set up. Have seen Wild Fire POV's before including your old one? Alongside some other RUclipsrs versions, which are all good. Amazing coaster that is, hoping UK park gets one in future, either Merlin Parks or The London Resort if 100% happens? Can see another big coaster added in future 100%, wonder what a coaster like Fly would be like in a park like this? Think it would be epic lol. Shame park rides and attractions closed a few times, but at the end of the day. It is what it is isn't it. Cable car way is amazing for safari, good for park and animals. Good vlog, really enjoyed and can't wait to see more vlogs like this in future. 😀👍

Wildfire is incredible!
Spinning coasters tend to have Vermin-motifs (Exterminator at Kennywood, Taranutla at Parque de Atraciones), and those types or rides are good for family and being put in a box. Something quaint and compact like Snorii Touren would be a great fit in Bamses World. They could also gut the Dolphin Show and do a terrain Mack or Mauer (or Intamin I guess) spinner so they don't have to waste money filling in the hole left by the show area)
That would be great!
