Thanks for doing review of this great hotel. We stay there every time we're in the smokies. When my grandsons were small ( now in 30's & 20's) they loved feeding the ducks from the balcony. Rooms are great & prices so much less than on the strip.

Right from the start I like the fact it has the two sinks, that can come in handy a lot of times. The outside area looked very nice. I like it when hotels have eating places outside and the pool area looked nice also.
Even though I was watching your videos before theirs, (Lol) I’ll say “the Smokey Mountain Family sent me.” Both your channels are great. This looks like a really nice place to stay. Love the fireplace and balcony/river view. And the fire pit area does look really peaceful. Nice about the checkin/checkout times. That they’ll work with you. Thanks for sharing.
I bet there was a lot more water in that river this week....poor geese/ducks😳 You said the magic word.....CLEAN....with a bonus added quiet😉 Great that they were accommodating to you. I agree with seating and table for takeout or whatever. It is the taxes that get you in that area for hotel rates😫 Thanks for the review and giving your honest opinions🐾🦊🐺
The Smoky Mountain Family sent me, and I'm glad they did. I'm really liking the hotel reviews. Even though I live fairly close, I like getting a room and staying in Pigion Forget or Gatlinburg. It's more fun then driving back and forth if I'm doing lots of stuff on the weekend. These reviews have been exceptional.
Looks like a nice place not too far from the parkway. The river view was beautiful. Would consider staying here if the rate was right. Liked the sitting area with the loveseat. Thanks for sharing!

Great review. I'll keep that in mind for a future trip. Just got home from spending a few days in Townsend. Went to the balloon festival. Stayed at the tally ho inn on Jeff of vacation station TVs suggestion. Thanks for the review. Always looking for great places to stay
@@SmokiesPlus yes it did. It was my first time staying in the Townsend area and all the years I've been coming out. It was nice that it was so close to the balloon festival. It's definitely the quieter side of the Smokies which is a good thing. So we did more on that side of town. I may post a short video that I took of it and include some pictures. I would definitely stay there again

Oh I'm sure you are right! It would have been roaring within the last week. Fees, especially for cabins are out of control

Crazy thing is that was cheaper than many others. This hotel can get much cheaper depending on the dates. July is definitely peak summer
