Andy and Luke run into trouble on their 1,000-mile drive to Mobile World Congress, as the car takes them on a costly detour to find more chargers. (Part 2 of 3.)
Listen, Cnet....you're welcome to hire me to manage your youtube page(s). If you can't release 3 videos in sequential order, something is wrong.
This series is very nice you can beat top gear!
Well this is awkward; shouldn't part 2 come before part 3?
I am sure it makes for a better programme to have 2 blokes who don't seem to have done ANY prep, like finding out where the charge port is, or getting advice about range, then surprise surprise they have unexpected problems en route. Is this a good example of driving an electric car (tesla or not)? No, it's a couple of numpties bumbling about with their thumbs somewhere they shouldn't be. Could SO easily have been helpful, educational, informative, but once again, if you apply yourself and do all you can to fail, you can make it all look so much more difficult than it actually is. Couple of plonkers. Nice scenery.
Whynot use Autopilot?
That's an awesome job!
Way to release this several after part 1 and 3! Also, if you don't know what side of the car the charge port is on, you seriously need to have spent some time with the manual before going on a1000 mi journey... Speaking of which, you are all European.... stop using miles and use the damn metric system.
In my country, you released Part 1 and Part 3 on 11 March while Part 2 was released on 12 March... What happen??
The over dramatising is not entertaining, please stop doing that.
You have literally the best GPS support there is and you can't see that next 3 hours of driving is on roads that are not straight?
lmao at that last shot.
A british man with a solar panel clock ? Where is sun in Great Britian ? :D
What a load of misinforming rubbish! The Tesla satnav/computer works the entire route out at the start of the trip including times, stops etc, not one at a time! You know where your going, the times you will get there, how much charge you will have at that destination, and you can pick which stops you will stop at all in advance. So they have lied and misinformed in the the name of entertainment? No, this really is boring shit!!! Thanks CNET. Tesla should sue, that would be entertaining!
+Rob Galvin Oh, and all for free (not incl train!). Not a bad way to cruise a 1000 miles.
