    I have not been denied benefits; however, I have been placed in the DETR "Pending Resolution" status for my claim since April of 2020. My question: Why is there no constitutional due process for addressing a "pending resolution" status for UI/PEUC claimants?? I've written DETR (north and south), Congresswoman Lee, Senators Rosen and Cortez-Masto, Governor Sisolak, Elisa Cafferata, Barbara Buckley, and Jenny Casselman, via certified mail - with no response from anyone. I realize that DETR is "backed-up" with lots of claims. But my claim is on hold for ONE DAY OF WAGES that I earned (and reported) at a temporary COVID relief assignment with a store that had NO intention of keeping Temporary employees on staff. My family is STRUGGLING and these people are RUTHLESS and indifferent. Any legal guidance would be REALLY appreciated. Thank you. Best Regards, Tom Slaughter

      Oh my how did it go? I honestly don’t know what to expect. I just received a letter, my brother passed away during COVID timeline, I had been off for a while due to no work as a Bus Driver. The company gave us a couple of days to do a physical and drug test. I smoked some weed around the time of the passing of my brother. Any advice? I was not working and I didn’t expect to work for at least the entire time of COVID.

    I was terminated last year for violation of company policy but it was all lies I applied for unemployment and had appeal but was denied because the store mgr did not like me at all so this is his way of getting back at me and running my career misinformation can cause and employee not to never receive employment again or red flagged can cause serious harm in seeking employment some where else I hope people read this and understand do not ever violate company policy or go to social media because that can cause more serious problems in the future

    What if they used misconduct after u was already let go or fired how could they use that against sumone that not an employee anymore
