Alright so in this video I redesigned both the monster of the ocean depths and the great hunger mobs from minecraft's history of forgotten mobs. These aren't redesigning minecraft bosses or redesigning minecraft mobs like I usually do, because these minecraft mobs were never added to the game. FitMC did a really cool video that inspired me to make this one. These projects are a lot of fun so I hope you enjoyed!

a least we didn’t vote the mooblooms because i think that would’ve been even more useless
To be fair in the most recent one, we did pretty good. The moobloom would have been kinda useless and the iceologer would probably just be another phantom-type thing where everyone just hates it.

Not only that, it also wags the from side to side, which would absolutley not work with that fin. Still, very cool.
@@m1lliw279 If the front of the fin is thin and the back is wide the side to side sawing motion of a shark would be perfect for moving through sand with a horizontal tail fin. Less swimming and more scooting through the sand. Front motion cuts through sand, back motion compacts sand and helps push the creature forward. A standard shark fin would have a poor mechanical advantage in sand since it would make vertical walls to make forward momentum instead of lateral foot holds, which would be better at transferring the energy and have less strain on that narrow as hell tail.. It would also cause the front fins to be responsible for most of the thing's locomotion (meaning it would be really slow). Granted.. that's bringing anatomy and physics into "block game" where with a pearl and a launcher you can almost get from one side of the world to the other in a second...
P.S. Also, I don't expect he thought of any of this. Given that he called it a shark to start with XD

I feel like the Jelly Fish would actually be a neutral mob. It won't go after the player, but it will give you a bad time if you get touched by it's tentacles.
The Sand Shark, however, would make a GREAT new hostile mob for a Desert update. You basically gotta sneak around it to avoid it, or it would probably pursue you until it gobbles you up (preferably not a one-hitter). But a loophole I can see would be to place and ignite TNT behind you as it's chasing you. That way, it would end up eating the TNT, as live TNT is technically counted as an entity once it's lit, and get blown up (or it can just eat the dormant TNT and explode that way)

Mojang screwed up the first mob vote by not telling us that the update was going to redesign the ocean coz if we knew, the kraken sea creature would definitely win

Then the votes would be certain. I guess if they did tell us then we would have chosen that mob instead but we still had that option, it's just that we chose something else (by 'we', I mean most of the community. I didn't vote at all).
I feel like the jellyfish would be a really cool addition to the end, just slowly bobbing up and down between and above the islands and would like pull endermen and the player in like the barnacles from half life
Maybe it would just pull in anything that gets too close.
I feel like making a concept for both of this in the comment section

Once I ended up deleting some bitcoins from my computer (about 50 bits if I remember correctly) and I still regret choosing the phantom over the blaze boss more than deleting the bits

Me and my friends talked about the forgotten mobs a few days ago and I chose the great hunger it would be cool for it to drop teeth to make a trap that does the same thing as the great hunger

Honestly I really wanted the great hunger to be added, it looked so cute to me and I imagined it spawns in swamps with a greener texture, also the enchanting properties it was proposed to have sounded really cool

that san shark reminded me of Nibelsnarf from monter hunter, it goes below the sand and eats everything but if it eat bomb barrels it explodes and lets the players have a chance to attack it

Small detail: the first mob should have its tail undulating up and down, since its caudal fin is in a horizontal orientation.

I think both of these mobs will be pretty perfect for Minecraft especially the jellyfish it's like the glow Squid but it literally glows for the sandshark I really think I should add it or any kind of sand boss mob bc the desert is kinda lame the only thing that is not lame in the desert is the temple I think they should add something like a boss desert mob like I know it's not really a boss but u get the idea
