Janelle, the lace coin pouch is beautiful. Thanks so much 😊. I love all your dresses. Would it be possible that you make a Regency era inspired dress? It will surely be gorgeous.
Oh my god, u are so clever, this is very cool! Ive never sewn b4 but i want this bag for my woolies shopping! Ill re watch this 3 more times to make sure i can do it
Omg ❤Janelle. Thank you so much for these amazing ideas. Definitely will try them all. ❤❤❤❤thank you also for the free templates. What a gift. ❤you are such a treasure. So grateful to have found your channel ❤
Love these projects and you always find the most beautiful fabrics ❤. I filled my draught stoppers (not as pretty as these, will need to make new ones now 😊) with fabric scraps. So extra tip to use the scraps (used a knitting needle to push them in).
Very cute ideas....I was wondering as our temp is finally cooling off... Winter is coming...I know your in winter now and your spring will be there...but what's it like, do you get snow ...bad storms with too much wind it becomes a snow day and everything closes..how has the cold been in your studio...won't be long before we have snow in Canada
Idk if they have it in Australia but for the US peeps if you make that very cute potholder they sell special batting so you don't have to worry about burning your hands. Insulbrite is an option but anything with thermal insulation works❤
I think something like that exists everywhere in the world, though maybe not always in local sewing stores. Also, in my opinion a thicker walkloden out of 100% wool works way better. You can find that fairly cheap on youtube, in shops or as you need only a small amount (and the color really doesn't matter) even really affordable in the auctions.
I am not a great seamstress, but I can manage to make simple dresses, etc. I had never seen such a cute potholder so decided to try it out. My binding would not stop puckering no matter what I did. I was so frustrated. What’s the secret to getting it around those curves?
That’s no good ☹️ Did you make your own bias binding? If so, were your strips cut along the bias? Cutting along the bias give the bias binding a bit of stretch making it less likely to pucker around curves
Did you need to use a heavy duty needle/thread to get through the hessian? How did your machine handle the thickness of those corners? (And did you find the hessian at Spotlight? I've never seen it there but perhaps i was looking in the wrong area!)
I just used my normal needle and my machine handled the layers fine. A heavy duty needle isn’t a bad idea though! Yes the hessian is from Spotlight and it was in the furnishing fabric department in my local store 😊
These would make lovely Christmas gifts, too. ❤
OMG gurl I could hug you. Thank you so much. I love them all especially the bag. Cant wait to make them for gifts. ❤❤
Aww yay I’m glad you’re inspired to make some of these projects! They would make amazing gifts 😍
Another great set of tiny scrap projects. Nice work Janelle.
Love the ruffled draft excluder! Xx
Love the ruffle detail for the draft stopper! 🎀
I’m so happy with how that turned out! Now I need to add a similar detail to some of my garments 😍
The table cloth fabric is very pretty. 😊
I’m in love with it 😍
Always look forward to your projects, they are fun and you make everything seem easy.
Thank you Janelle ❤
Thanks so much Sharon 🧡

Turning that draftstopper must have taken ages.
But it turned out great. Totally matches your vibe.
Great projects

They do have it in Australia - but its often easier to get online.

Ohhh the construction of that bag is so clever, I love it!
Great video! Thank you
I will now forever only be using the term crafternoon to describe the days where I go full goblin mode with crafts.
Thanks great projects
I love these videos
So Hessian is also known as burlap here in North America!

Hi. Please show us your house. I love your astatic and am also an Autumn/Fall colour person.

@@RoseryApparel Ah that makes sense, I don't venture into the furnishing fabrics very often! Thanks for the reply 😊
Great ideas😀❤️🇨🇦
Is hessian what I would call burlap here in the US?
Yes I think so!
@@RoseryApparel ok cool!! The project turned out so nice looking! Super useful too 😁
So Hessian is like burlap?
Yes it is ☺️
You always inspire me but I have no time now.. 😢
