Thank you for taking the time to make this video. At some point in the future it would be better if you got a camera with a much wider angle. It's kind of hard to tell what the apartment is like with the camera you're using. That being said, I'm still glad you made the video, so thank you again.
How many panes are in those windows? Is it a typical Paraguayan standard with one? Is there ane ventilation (apart of AC)? I'm asking because I'm constantly trying to buy something for myself in Asunción and all the constructed buildings are inferior in basic qualities (ventilation and windows) and it results in ...quick mold infested walls :-/ tried with Petra, with Insignia with Zumba - everywhere it seems that they lack basic construction knowledge/standards...:-/
