Where do I start.... With three out of five presidents since independence, and all who turned out to be betrayers of political friends from other tribes, you should expect a very long period of isolation. It will take a very long time for another Raila to say Kibaki Tosha or another Ruto to fill the numbers for another Uhuru, or another Jaramogi to say "give it to Kenyatta". You can feel entitled but you are very dispensable. Some considerable support from Luhyas, Kambas, Kisiis, Coast People, or even Luos can easily replace your numbers. Ruto is a master tactician, and Gachagwa did not bring the numbers, he was chosen to appease and reward an existing fan base. The only person making the Kikuyu vote relevant for Ruto is Raila.If Raila exits politics today, Ruto will collect more than 70% of the orphaned voters, easily replacing the Kikuyu block. So the Limuru three or whatever theatrics, mean nothing unless Baba remains relevant.

The consequences of RigG none-attendance is as dire just as opting to attend. It is a difficult balancing act. The former implies isolation while the later to him implies submission. RigG is real in a very delicate situation. Once Mt Kenya opt þo move a certain direction, they do it as a block.
One thing is for sure, come 2027 it shall be very hard for UDA to perpetrate the mountain block. That you can take it to the bank. Let us wait and see.

Manyora, it's hard to imagine that Uhuru is not part and parcel of Limuru 3 because as you know, he is a senior member and a son of the mountain whose business heavily contribute to the development of this country. He is actually a member of Mt. Kenya business block-the determinants of Kenyan economy. Uhuru was extremely injured by what happened to his family, but decided to go mum. Was the community affected by that act? Ofcourse yes, 100%. Did they empathise with Kenyatta family, especially when mama Ngina was touched? Indeed!! By that alone, its common knowledge that Uhuru could inevitably at the centre of this Limuru 3.
