Upon scrolling and looking for Fresh Formula Sgt. at Arms reviews until I saw this video, I can't believe na Fresh Formula is already at its ending phase, ngayon ko lang napanood after all this time, and I just bought my first Sgt. at Arms ngayon lang huhu. Nakikita ko lang sa tiktok ni miss Nina ang fresh formula, and ngayon lang ako nagkaroon ng budget to try their Sgt. at Arms and I'm sad kasi baka hanapin ng kili-kili ko yung product nila and I only bought 2 sets. since gr 5 i don't wear any sleeveless tops because im afraid that i'll get bullied for having dark UA because i was used to using whitening deo. years had passed and as i was in gr 9 i was bullied by my classmates for having dark and hairy UA which made me very sad and insecure. they kept talking about me and made fun of my UA to the point that i would show up in class holding my tears and putting baby powder so my underarms would not look that dark. fresh formula had thought me to accept myself and to learn to look at things the brighter way. it changed the way i looked at myself before, it changed my perspective on beauty standards and it changed my mindset. if not without fresh formula, i would still be the same. the one insecure of herself who cries at night wondering why she's different from others. tho, i am very sad to hear that fresh formula is closing i am still grateful for the lesson that i've learned and of course for a new start for colourette. this may be the happiest ending. thank you, fresh formula! you are loved by so many ♡

I only have one fresh formula product which is the glass skin series. Binili ko sya last 12.12 kasi it was for only 499 pesos. In just 1 week nanotice agad ng relatives ko yung glow ng skin ko. I'm not an avid fan of fresh formula since di sya ganon pasok sa budget ko, I only tried it kasi hype up sya non. I think it is not fresh formula alone who made an impact to everyone and made me realize things. I watch miss nina on TikTok and it was because of her always reminding us why fresh formula was born. Just like you, Ms. Nina, before fresh formula, i have never posted a picture of myself without filter. I had tried all products to make my skin look “pantay”. Of course it made my skin worse 😅 but Fresh Formula provided options and made me feel like its okay if I don’t have same tone on my skin, it’s normal. I have been very insecure and conscious to my facial appearance because I experienced worst case acne which is fortunately healed now. However, the marks, dark sports, ugly bumps, and acne scar still made me feel insecure. When I was still reviewing your products on Instagram, this brand was the only brand who showed me what realistic skin really looks like in the current society. Yes, some may be gifted of having a flawless skin but that does not apply to everyone. FF was there, enlightened me that regardless of whatever skin I have I know that it will not change who I am inside and what character I have. Hi miss Nina! I personally tried using the blemish rescue series and I also did a review on my yt channel. Tbh the product for me was ok for me, because I was looking for a product that have fast results in terms of erasing pimple marks. BUT your product does micro peeling effect. What I learned on that experienced was that, although it wasn’t the product for my skin, But I still managed to see the purpose of it. It is not for everyone, but those people who wants to treat acne marks and acne without having a heavy peeling of skin. It is very mild and I think it’s a good product for beginners who will try it for the first of using a skin care. Results for me weren’t that life changing, but due to the micro peeling effect I can say that your product works, since the effect doesn’t show instant, it needs a step by step process and patience to use this product. It taught me that whenever we want to achieve something it doesn’t happen directly, it only happens for those who waited for it to happen. Although it does little improvement on my skin, still small improvements are part of the overall success. We have our own preferences and choices, and fresh formula taught me to choose something and never be afraid to try it, because it is much worse when we never tried it.

Fresh formulas existence made me realize that it's okay not to conform to the societal beauty standards which is this notion na "kapag maputi ka, maganda ka" growing up kase I have always been teased about my morena skin normal nalang sakin tawaging "negra"at minsan "tsokolate" masakit pero nasanay na rin ako sa pangungutya but eversince I got to know the Fresh Formula it made me realized na it's okay to be morena pala, after all ito naman talaga ang totoong kulay ng purong Pilipina also I'm so glad that there are people out there whose spreading the message across borders like Ayn Bernos na it's okay and there's nothing wrong in being morena. I could still remember when I discovered Sgt at Arms by Fairness and Flawless then I got confused why suddenly there are no available stocks in the shop. Then fresh formula came into the market, I never know that you are also the CEO of the product that I was using before. While I am using the Fresh Formula, mom would say, "ito rin Yung ginagamit mo noon Diba? Ayaw mo pa bang ipa care yan sa derma?". I don't care if there are only minimal effects on my pits. Everything starts from small before it will grow big. I feel confident whenever I use this product, and It made me realize that hyperpigmentation is just normal not everyone will grow up with smooth and white UA. If I were to state impact of fresh formula in my life, it would be too many. But the best lesson is imperfections is part of life. Yes, we can improve ourselves but should not be ashame of our imperfections. God made us the way we are for a reason so we are perfect in our own way. I honestly haven't tried any fresh formula products since I'm already using a brand that my skin is adapting. (I'm afraid to try new brands) But I'm a huge follower of Fresh Formula too, it's the skincare brand that makes me feel confident with myself. That my imperfection as a person is normal. But still, I'll keep all the lesson fresh formula has taught me and with this, I am rooting for colourette. In the short span of time, Fresh Formula has gave us the love for our skin that we were not able to anticipate. Yes, I would say it like that because I for one abused my skin before with products that acts so hard just to make my skin "beautiful" (implying to the standard). I had to undergo skin aches because I used to stand with the line, "Tiis Ganda". But Fresh Formula was a realization. It gave me the idea that skin issues are normal, and they are a part of me, that they give off addition to my identity as a person, as Ervin. It made me stand to the idea that there are no such thing as flaws, for all of it are just a normal part of a person. Fresh Formula was the comfort I needed. Now, I have been loving my skin. I am now concerned of addressing its needs rather than addressing its status to fit in. It makes me sad that Fresh Formula will be ending its production soon. Struggled with dark kili kiki since i was 10 years old. struggled more kasi mabuhok at that time wala akong alam sa mga self care kasi wala mag tuturo sakin. so i was the bullied girl tatawagin nila akong gurang along with my name and would spray perfumes in my face. that made my face super irritated. i struggled na nga with dark hairy underarms i struggled pa with pimple active face. then in May 2021 nag antipolo kami ng fam ko, i discovered sgt at arms kase yung pinsan ko nirecommend sakin. since then pinipicturan ko kili kili ko everyday, there really is progress. i even stopped using anti prespirant deodorants kasi lalo lang umiitim kili kili ko. you did well fresh formula! thank you for helping me with my problems, you will be missed

I had no role model on what to do with my underarms back then because our dad was a single dad. I watched your kili kili journey post and I got so inspired that change can happen and it can happen to me. My underarms are my biggest insecurity as in! But when I discovered sgt in arms it worked magically! At first, the message that FF conveyed wasn't the message that most people would want to hear kasi we always compare ourselves to the beauty norms and the mindset na we're only beatiful if others see us beautiful. Tbh, the message FF has conveyed was a message that we ALL NEEDED TO HEAR. Masyadong nainstill sa mga minds ng tao na we should focus more on our insecurities and pilitin natin na mabago yun and that is so sad. We all are insecured of something pero instead of focusing on our insecurities, let's focus on telling ourselves we are our own beauty and our own beauty is our own standard. All my life, I became dependent on other people's perspectives of me. My self-worth was based off on what they say, resulting in my low self-esteem. The majority of times when I meet with my friends or relatives, they comment on my "flaws," saying that I should use this to get rid of my pimples, I should exercise to lose weight, drink this, and that to become fair and taller. Nakikita ko lang sa tiktok ni miss Nina ang fresh formula, and ngayon lang ako nagkaroon ng budget to try their Sgt. at Arms and I'm sad kasi baka hanapin ng kili-kili ko yung product nila and I only bought 2 sets. Hello Miss Nina, super skincare enthusiast po talaga ako to the point na I have tried different brands, different products because I was so desperate to achieve that glass, flawless skin. I come across your brand especially the Blemish Rescue Series, then I thought it was doing nothing but it rebuild my skin that was damaged from all the harsh products I have used before. I only have one fresh formula product which is the glass skin series. Binili ko sya last 12.12 kasi it was for only 499 pesos. In just 1 week nanotice agad ng relatives ko yung glow ng skin ko. I'm not an avid fan of fresh formula since di sya ganon pasok sa budget ko, I only tried it kasi hype up sya non. I think it is not fresh formula alone who made an impact to everyone and made me realize things. I watch miss nina on TikTok and it was because of her always reminding us why fresh formula was born.

I have been very insecure and conscious to my facial appearance because I experienced worst case acne which is fortunately healed now. However, the marks, dark sports, ugly bumps, and acne scar still made me feel insecure. When I was still reviewing your products on Instagram, this brand was the only brand who showed me what realistic skin really looks like in the current society. Yes, some may be gifted of having a flawless skin but that does not apply to everyone. FF was there, enlightened me that regardless of whatever skin I have I know that it will not change who I am inside and what character I have. Embracing flaws does not make you less of a women and a human but strenthening your self-esteem. I was confident to accept the authentic me because Fresh Formula taught that to me.
Hi miss Nina! I personally tried using the blemish rescue series and I also did a review on my yt channel. Tbh the product for me was ok for me, because I was looking for a product that have fast results in terms of erasing pimple marks. BUT your product does micro peeling effect. What I learned on that experienced was that, although it wasn’t the product for my skin, But I still managed to see the purpose of it. It is not for everyone, but those people who wants to treat acne marks and acne without having a heavy peeling of skin. It is very mild and I think it’s a good product for beginners who will try it for the first of using a skin care. Results for me weren’t that life changing, but due to the micro peeling effect I can say that your product works, since the effect doesn’t show instant, it needs a step by step process and patience to use this product. It taught me that whenever we want to achieve something it doesn’t happen directly, it only happens for those who waited for it to happen. Although it does little improvement on my skin, still small improvements are part of the overall success. We have our own preferences and choices, and fresh formula taught me to choose something and never be afraid to try it, because it is much worse when we never tried it.

Fresh formulas existence made me realize that it's okay not to conform to the societal beauty standards which is this notion na "kapag maputi ka, maganda ka" growing up kase I have always been teased about my morena skin normal nalang sakin tawaging "negra"at minsan "tsokolate" masakit pero nasanay na rin ako sa pangungutya but eversince I got to know the Fresh Formula it made me realized na it's okay to be morena pala, after all ito naman talaga ang totoong kulay ng purong Pilipina also I'm so glad that there are people out there whose spreading the message across borders like Ayn Bernos na it's okay and there's nothing wrong in being morena. I could still remember when I discovered Sgt at Arms by Fairness and Flawless then I got confused why suddenly there are no available stocks in the shop. Then fresh formula came into the market, I never know that you are also the CEO of the product that I was using before. While I am using the Fresh Formula, mom would say, "ito rin Yung ginagamit mo noon Diba? Ayaw mo pa bang ipa care yan sa derma?". I don't care if there are only minimal effects on my pits. Everything starts from small before it will grow big. I feel confident whenever I use this product, and It made me realize that hyperpigmentation is just normal not everyone will grow up with smooth and white UA. I am a born morena, and there's nothing wrong with my skin.

Meron akong eczema, sa legs super dami kaya palagi ako nagpapajama sa labas. Nahihiya ako na makita ng iba ung mga sugat sugat ko. Tapos nung medyo gumaling na ung iba, ung peklat naman andun pa rin. I am a skincare freak! I used to use pricey Korean skincare brands to get that fresh dewy skin. But here comes Fresh Formula! *Applause!!* I never imagined that a local brand, YES! If I were to state impact of fresh formula in my life, it would be too many. But the best lesson is imperfections is part of life. Yes, we can improve ourselves but should not be ashame of our imperfections. God made us the way we are for a reason so we are perfect in our own way. In the short span of time, Fresh Formula has gave us the love for our skin that we were not able to anticipate. Yes, I would say it like that because I for one abused my skin before with products that acts so hard just to make my skin "beautiful" (implying to the standard). Struggled with dark kili kiki since i was 10 years old. struggled more kasi mabuhok at that time wala akong alam sa mga self care kasi wala mag tuturo sakin. so i was the bullied girl tatawagin nila akong gurang along with my name and would spray perfumes in my face. that made my face super irritated. i struggled na nga with dark hairy underarms i struggled pa with pimple active face. then in May 2021 nag antipolo kami ng fam ko, i discovered sgt at arms kase yung pinsan ko nirecommend sakin. since then pinipicturan ko kili kili ko everyday, there really is progress. i even stopped using anti prespirant deodorants kasi lalo lang umiitim kili kili ko. you did well fresh formula! thank you for helping me with my problems, you will be missed

More than just acknowledging and being okay with my own flaws, Fresh Formula has taught me to change my views and how I perceive others with imperfections. It has always been so easy to judge others because of what has been fed in our brains by commercials that have unnatural beauty standards. Knowing that there is a brand out there that exists to make you comfortable enough and not pressured into using their products is a great deal. It’s part of the main reason why I have been supporting both Colourette and Fresh Formula. It is sad to say goodbye to this product that has a great vision and mission, but i’m definitely grateful it existed.

nakakasad ang pagbbye ng fresh formula. ive been using sgt at arms since early 2019. naglighten tlga and no harsh formulas. it really gives you confidence kht ano pa skin mo mataba payat, maitim maputi. the brand also helped me to love myself and appreciate my body more. their small community in fb is helpful dn sa nga tanong about skincare and kht nga hndi.

Hi Nina! I felt sad knowing you’d close down fresh formula! I really really realllyyyyyy love sgt in arms! As in! Since high school I’ve always been awkward with my underarms. I had no role model on what to do with my underarms back then because our dad was a single dad. I watched your kili kili journey post and I got so inspired that change can happen and it can happen to me. My underarms are my biggest insecurity as in! But when I discovered sgt in arms it worked magically! From that first product that I bought i was curious on your other products so I bought other products as well like the face mist, the alcogel, the sgt in arms set and so much more. I really really love your products. It gave me a boost of confidence in myself that I thought I would never have. I’m really saddened by this. Hopefully someday you can reopen or make a new brand with all these wonderful products. Thank you Nina because of your fresh formula it made a difference in a persons life life. Oh Im so sad for I just recently discovered fresh formula :( I was amazed how it really works on me. Sgt at Arms is really effective and I super love the glass skin set. My sensitive skin did not react on these products.

i’ve always had clear skin but i have lots of blackheads and whiteheads on my nose. i tried a new skin care routine to hopefully reduce them but my skin wasnt compatible to it and had a break out. i didnt mind it at first and would always tell myself that it’ll go away but, everytime my mom and grandma see me they always point it out. i had no confidence left, i was shy to show my face to people and would rarely take pictures. “ ganito pala yun “ telling myself referring to how people with acne feel. i felt so ugly, i felt like i had no hope for my skin, and i felt so insecure. getting to know fresh formula and its advocacy really helped me. to have a brand that says “ what ever condition your skin is at is normal “ is so important especially to break these standards the media has set. i used sgt. at arms when the brand was still fairness & flawless and to see a brand grow not only in establishing their brand and its aesthetics but also to its beliefs makes me feel comforting to know that maybe someday other brands can do it too. thank you fresh formula. ❤️
At first, the message that FF conveyed wasn't the message that most people would want to hear kasi we always compare ourselves to the beauty norms and the mindset na we're only beatiful if others see us beautiful. Tbh, the message FF has conveyed was a message that we ALL NEEDED TO HEAR. Masyadong nainstill sa mga minds ng tao na we should focus more on our insecurities and pilitin natin na mabago yun and that is so sad. We all are insecured of something pero instead of focusing on our insecurities, let's focus on telling ourselves we are our own beauty and our own beauty is our own standard. It may be true na there are still some people/brands that bank on consumers' insecurities but how FF managed to convey their advocacy is a big step, a testimony that there is still hope that our society can be a better place and we could all feel safe. 10 or 20 years later, I hope the children of the future will remember the valuable lesson FF has given us. I never wore sando before kase hindi pantay yung kulay ng balat ko sa underarm ko at sa katawan dahil sa papalit palit ako ng deo yes opo papalit palit 🥲 for the reason na hindi ko mahanap yung best na matagal walang kemeng amoy tsaka mag eeven ng skin ko until I found out that sgt at arms may be the answer to it. Yung unang bili ko umabot ng 2months kase tipid ako as a student tapos nasundan lang ulit na bumili ako nung 11.11 na kase nagpandemic and now I can raise my hand with confident na its not perfect but its close to it. Maybe I would start na naman mag experiment para makahanap ng papalit kay sgt and arm pero I doubt na meron pa 🥲. I've learned alot from you and your brand Miss Nina and FF taught me to its okay to fight for your unwanted skin problems you're not aiming to be their beauty standard, you're aiming for solutions. ❤️

All my life, I became dependent on other people's perspectives of me. My self-worth was based off on what they say, resulting in my low self-esteem. The majority of times when I meet with my friends or relatives, they comment on my "flaws," saying that I should use this to get rid of my pimples, I should exercise to lose weight, drink this, and that to become fair and taller. That resulted in my mindset that I was not pretty, and as long as I do not conform to the toxic and unrealistic beauty standards society has imposed, I will never be enough. However, Fresh Formula and Ms. Nina have taught me otherwise, that we don't need to comply with society, the important thing was what we think about ourselves, and if we think about ourselves positively-- beautiful, courageous, flawless, then that would be the perspective of others towards us as well. The brand has not only given out confidence, yet it also empowered, inspired, and changed mindsets about beauty as well. Tbh, nung hindi ko pa nakikita si Miss Nina, di ko pa nakikilala FF at Colourette sa fyp ko. Nasa point ako ng buhay ko na sobrang takot ako majudge kase nabuhay ako sa era na, ang pagiging famous, sobrang BIG DEAL. Dapat maraming likers para cool, dapat marami followers para angat sa iba, yung tipong pagmaitim o morena ka, hindi ka maganda. Pag dika sexy, di ka papansinin ng iba. Pag kulot ka sinasabi nila salot ka. Like, nabubuhay ako sa validation ng iba, lagi ako nakadepende sa kung anong taste o gusto nila makita kase pag di mo ginawa yun di ka in, naiiba ka. Nung una nga lumalabas si Miss Nina sa fyp ko, naiingayan ako sa kanya to the point na pwede ko na siya iblock (sorry po Miss Nina pero ngayon mahal na mahal po kita, to the point na I owe you kung sino na ako ngayon) pero sinasabi ng puso ko na huwag kase may sense tong taong to, my inner me can't block Miss Nina. Hanggang sa naeenjoy ko panoorin siya. Yung tipong nagmamarathon ako mabalikan lang yung mga tiktok niya. I enjoy every tiktok she have kase lahat may sense hanggang sa panonood ko natututo akong mawalan ng pake sa sasabihin ng iba. Wala na ako pakialam kung may pimples ako, kung may iiitim pa yung kili kili ko, kung may itataba pa ako. Nawalan na ako ng pake tbh, lagi ko sinasabi diko kailangan ng validation ng kahit sino, kase tama si Miss Nina. Hanggang dumating ako sa point na di na ako nagsosocmed, kase wala na ako kailangan patunayan ii, diko na need magflex kase wala na ako pakialam sa sasabihin ng iba. And that's FF hits me!
