I must Congratulate V3 cars for their no nonsense and standard format of variant explanation videos. There is so much clarity in these videos and i know it must have taken a lot of time and effort to understand the needs of a buyer of each segment and create a video. A week ago I went to Tata Dealership to book new nexon creative + s dca but seeing its pricing , overconfident, arrogant and indifferent behavior of their staff I came back without booking new nexon. Moreover it didn't seem VFM for me. It would be better to go for Skoda Kushaq/ VW Taigun at this price.
I too had extremely arrogant n indifferent behaviour of all d staff from top 2 bottom but at KIA showroom at WAZIRPUR , Delhi . So I cancelled my booking n asked them 2 return my dues.
Highly recommending to go for Nexon Smart variant or if you really need 6MT go for Pure variant and modify it according your needs. Note: none of the variants are VFM 😵💫

@@arv1ndgr According to me non-panaromic sunroofs are 20000% useless in any condition and any country. Panaromic sunroof will actually give the feel of a functional sunroof. I will anyday avoid the sunroof version if it is the only addition and save a few bucks.

Correction needed guys : 360 camera comes only from creative+ , also creative comes with smaller old 7 inch screen, creative + comes with bigger thick bezels but 10.25 inch screen with 360 camera. I know why this mistake, because you guys took data from tatas persona comparison page, which is showing this, but the brochure is correct it seems , also from videos on YT the brochure stands corrected
9:05 & 9:50 needs correction. 360 Camera or "360 HD Surround View System" is available in Creative + variant along with the new Infotainment system having the display compatibility. Creative only have the Rear Parking camera. This changes the value proposition.

I agree to v3cars,Nexon is slightely overpriced now or not priced well with features, finally after 5 years of market advertisement,making good comeback, capturing the market as vfm desi car, now they are moving forward for ab kamane ki bari hai and we r seeing it in the new prices comparing to it's variants and features. I'm sure tata dealers will be focusing mainly on the selling of Nexon's pure,creative+ and fearless variant with automatic dca gearbox 😂😂

Nexon Pure Variant has Auto Headlamps, Rain Sensing vipers, Roof Rails, Shark Fin Antenna, Rear AC, Touch based HVAC controls, 6 Speed Manual Transmission, New Digital Instrument Cluster(different from Fearless), Herman Original Screen(with rear parking Sensor), Led Headlamp, Electronic Adjustable ORVM(not foldable) So i think it is Value for money if you’re in Budget. What’s missing is 1. Rear camera 2. Day night irvm 3. Back and front seat Armrest. 4. TPMS These are only important features that missing (which is cheap strategy from TATA) But still i think its Value for Money, since ex showroom is less than 10 lakh (therefore lesser taxes compared to 10 lakh + cars) one can easily add these features later with hardly spending 20k more.
Creative variant doesn't have 360 degree camera, No blind view monitor, no front parking sensors. All of these features comes from creative+ variant. This was not expected from v3cars
Most honest Review. I had done pre booking of facelift but after having actual look on facelift in their showroom last week and after going through their high prices, i had cancelled my booking last week. After seeing this video, it feels that my decision was right. Thanks V3 for the honest review.
I confirmed with the tata showroom, a 360 degree camera is provided in creative+ onwards and not in creative variants. Can you suggest considering this, will Creative+ be a good upgrade over Creative?
I have a query 1. Does having more variants help while selling vehicle ? 2. This Nexon has 69 variants. How Tata keeps track of variants ? Or Does Tata takes order first and deliver exact order ? What is ratio of Exact orders or shelf sale. I mean Sells Ex tells this is the closest variant we have right now and you can have it. 3. What is general sentiment along manufacturers ? Too much cluttered list of variants or have few variants like Maruti ? base mid top ? 4. Tata got the traction of 5 star safety and nexon started selling more. What if every OEM gets 5 star with added safety , will it affect Tata in the long run ? We have our NCAP now, in this context how will Tata follow the trend ? 5. Does Tata profit with more variants in a single model ? I am not asking about net profit of Tata motors, I'm asking net profit from Nexon only. From Sales only.
I still feel creative plus is more vfm than any other variants. Auto dimming irvm, cruise control is there but also larger touchscreen is there, auto lamps and rain sensing wipers is also there. If there would have been wireless charger addition to it, then it would have been a truly wireless phone experience.
360 surround camera with blind view monitor starts from Creative+ variant, not Creative. This is as per their booking page and latest brochure shared at dealership, suggest correction.

Very well summarised. Nexon has reserved basic features like defogger to top variant which is out of budget. Lack of day night mirror is also safety compromised on base variant

Buy base variant and spend 1 lakh on personisation. Alloy wheels, music system, remote locking can be fit easily. Rear power windows, ORVM will be an issue though.

Please suggest between Nexon DCA and Manual Transmission. 70% City 30% Highway , monthly 1000km. Used Celerio AMT for 6 years, didn't like driving at all and at 24k kms AMT failed so since NEXON DCA is not tested I'm worried about reliability of DCA.
No one is forcing you to buy the top model, top level trims of venue and sonet are also very expensive, but no one seems to complain about those tin cans

What I got in pre-upgrade version at 11.29 lakhs is now available with few additional features at 12.99 lakhs😮 - I am not happy with the back led touch up. It doesn't suit nexon design in the rear. The front is superb. The gloss at the steering is overdone work. - I am glad with my early lurchase and not wait for this update. It would have caused indigestion if the upgrade was a major change or something.

This is based only on features. He missed the main change of gearbox from mid variants onwards .. although doesn't pop out a 6 speed is anyday way better than 5 speed gearbox. Base variant being cheaper with 5mt made every other variant not vfm by his analysis

I agree to v3cars,Nexon is slightely overpriced now or not priced well with features, finally after 5 years of market advertisement,making good comeback, capturing the market as vfm desi car, now they are moving forward for ab kamane ki bari hai and we r seeing it in the new prices comparing to it's variants and features. I'm sure tata dealers will be focusing mainly on the selling of Nexon's pure,creative+ and fearless variant with automatic dca gearbox 😂😂

Nexon Pure Variant has Auto Headlamps, Rain Sensing vipers, Roof Rails, Shark Fin Antenna, Rear AC, Touch based HVAC controls, 6 Speed Manual Transmission, New Digital Instrument Cluster(different from Fearless), Herman Original Screen(with rear parking Sensor), Led Headlamp, Electronic Adjustable ORVM(not foldable)
So i think it is Value for money if you’re in Budget.
What’s missing is
1. Rear camera
2. Day night irvm
3. Back and front seat Armrest.
4. TPMS
These are only important features that missing (which is cheap strategy from TATA)
But still i think its Value for Money, since ex showroom is less than 10 lakh (therefore lesser taxes compared to 10 lakh + cars) one can easily add these features later with hardly spending 20k more.
Creative variant doesn't have 360 degree camera, No blind view monitor, no front parking sensors.
All of these features comes from creative+ variant.
This was not expected from v3cars

Most honest Review. I had done pre booking of facelift but after having actual look on facelift in their showroom last week and after going through their high prices, i had cancelled my booking last week. After seeing this video, it feels that my decision was right. Thanks V3 for the honest review.

I confirmed with the tata showroom, a 360 degree camera is provided in creative+ onwards and not in creative variants. Can you suggest considering this, will Creative+ be a good upgrade over Creative?
Of course yes, it's a best feature in the segment.
I have a query
1. Does having more variants help while selling vehicle ?
2. This Nexon has 69 variants. How Tata keeps track of variants ? Or Does Tata takes order first and deliver exact order ? What is ratio of Exact orders or shelf sale. I mean Sells Ex tells this is the closest variant we have right now and you can have it.
3. What is general sentiment along manufacturers ? Too much cluttered list of variants or have few variants like Maruti ? base mid top ?
4. Tata got the traction of 5 star safety and nexon started selling more. What if every OEM gets 5 star with added safety , will it affect Tata in the long run ? We have our NCAP now, in this context how will Tata follow the trend ?
5. Does Tata profit with more variants in a single model ? I am not asking about net profit of Tata motors, I'm asking net profit from Nexon only. From Sales only.

Thanks to this video, I've decided to go for Creative+ S DCT
I still feel creative plus is more vfm than any other variants. Auto dimming irvm, cruise control is there but also larger touchscreen is there, auto lamps and rain sensing wipers is also there. If there would have been wireless charger addition to it, then it would have been a truly wireless phone experience.
Bro some information is Miss match in creative and creative+ so correct it and do another video of Nexon facelift
All the pricing would have been value for money if they had upgraded to the new engine they showcased in Auto Expo ☹️

Very well summarised. Nexon has reserved basic features like defogger to top variant which is out of budget. Lack of day night mirror is also safety compromised on base variant

Buy base variant and spend 1 lakh on personisation. Alloy wheels, music system, remote locking can be fit easily. Rear power windows, ORVM will be an issue though.

Please suggest between Nexon DCA and Manual Transmission. 70% City 30% Highway , monthly 1000km.
Used Celerio AMT for 6 years, didn't like driving at all and at 24k kms AMT failed so since NEXON DCA is not tested I'm worried about reliability of DCA.
Sir, Creative Variant Features does not have 360 camera explained are quite different, that should be mentioned for Creative+
Nexon prices are now too high and with all the necessary features in cities like bangalore prices are around 17 lakh onroad.
No one is forcing you to buy the top model, top level trims of venue and sonet are also very expensive, but no one seems to complain about those tin cans

What I got in pre-upgrade version at 11.29 lakhs is now available with few additional features at 12.99 lakhs😮
- I am not happy with the back led touch up. It doesn't suit nexon design in the rear. The front is superb. The gloss at the steering is overdone work.
- I am glad with my early lurchase and not wait for this update. It would have caused indigestion if the upgrade was a major change or something.

Looks like new Nexon is over priced.Old nexon was more favorable.
Only Nexon fearless + s comes with the sharp edge and slim bezels infotainment system Fearless and creative comes with a curved infotainment system with thick bezels
Its so confusing.. can anyone confirm that creative varient have which type of camera? like rear parking or 360deg. bcz at some places camera is not mentioned in creative varient. ( only in creative + varient)

FYI Smart variant is not having any rear power window option....how it can be MVFM variant?
This is based only on features. He missed the main change of gearbox from mid variants onwards .. although doesn't pop out a 6 speed is anyday way better than 5 speed gearbox. Base variant being cheaper with 5mt made every other variant not vfm by his analysis

No arm rest, 60:40 seat, fog lamp are big miss in all varients except top model. You are still paying 15-17 L minimum which is not cheap or vfm
What are the positive and negative effects of 5 speed MT and 6 speed MT. Which buyer should consider which transmission setup? Does different transmission lead to different power output?
6 gears gives more speed & fuel efficiency.. No change in anything else.. Yes in 6th gear the car will be more smoother too..
