The butter made from raw milk still tastes better. But it's also more effort to make plus more expensive. In Austria we have a certain kind of "spring butter" which is only available in the time the cows eat the freshest and most nutritious grass in spring. That is probably the most delicious butter you can get! 😃
Swiss butter must be amazing! In Austria we have spring butter which is special because in this time the cows feed from the fresh and rich grass on the mountains. In this time the butter is even more flavorful. 😊

The cheese smell is no problem. Cheese is basically just fermented milk. Also butter is naturally fermented or cultured. The bacteria in yoghurt or raw milk will make it taste and smell sour.

我买的生牛奶是1.2欧元一升,总共花了37人民币左右;1升奶油2.5欧元,也就是20块人民币;大家可以对比一下价格。生牛奶是有机牛奶,我买的是奥地利当地农民养的牛产的牛奶(视频ruclips.net/video/VvuDDbSO9To/видео.html)。 超市买的鲜奶是巴士灭菌和均质过的,所以不会出现分离的情况,如果买不到鲜牛奶,可以买全脂奶油来做。看了视频,你们觉得一起胖有难度吗?😉

我是蒙古人,从小吃黄油,就是在茶里化开黄油,然后沾自己做的硬馍吃,太美味了。黄油就是从牧区牛奶里提炼出来的。别的黄油,都是合成的,并不美味,都没有真正黄油的味道。

其實會長胖的是麵包,
黃油消化慢可以降低麵包升血糖速度,反而營養又不易胖喔!
我喜欢买不含盐的黄油,拿回家软化以后自己加盐,各种香草,大蒜粉,搅匀再塑性冷藏。早晨抹面包特别“提味儿”。当然面包也是跟小胡学的……

可以用butter milk代替優格 這樣做出來就會變cream fraiche了 一樣可以打分離變成奶油 然後分離出來的butter milky再繼續做新的cream fraiche~~

中国可以买得到的奶油大约1L 43元左右 454g的黄油 28元左右 不同品牌的黄油和奶油价格稍有差异 这不是直接买更便宜吗....然后如果用生牛奶的话...首先网上买不到 然后超市也没卖的 虽然不是买不到但是想买到还是挺费劲的orz
