You guys don't need to memorize the table ...i can help you with 1st table...like how take right most column and fill "1" in the 5 th row and back to the 1st row have to write "2" in the same column...again back to 6th row write "3"..2nd row write "4"...this is how it continues

DES have some predefined tables like PC-1, PC-2, IP etc. Can you pls explain how these tables are formed and what basics.

IP tables are just there for pure marketing of DES hardware chips. IP permutation in 1976 is slower in software and faster in hardware.
IP tables infact cancels out each other and it doenst add any cryptographic benefits.
This one is answered by prof christoff paar once he met with theorginal DES designer

PC1 and PC2 are determined by mathematician after subjecting the algorithm to different code breaking analysis and making ti stronger so it is not easy to break.
How it is determined so far the original designers IBM and NSA still haven't shared

May be to give examble you make let them know the size of boxes and just memorize S box 1 table alone.
