Wow. Mine out of the box shot sub MOA at 100 with my 11 year old shooting. The cheap Bushnell did surprisingly well. I would call savage about that group. They are usually better than that.
Yeah, the 4th shot at 100 wasn’t good… I’ve been shooting a lot of 450BM cast bullet “slow” loads and have noticed that I really need to hold on tight pulling the gun down and back into my shoulder to get good groups. And I’ve been getting some good ones! I just got a 350 Legend and will be shooting very similar loads as the 450bm. I’ve shot 30 rounds so far so haven’t done any load development, just trying it to “see if it will shoot”. But anyways, I see you just resting the gun on the bags and would be curious to see if the groups tighten up by holding it tight. I know the Savage Axis and the 350 Legend will shoot and I’m sure you can too. Just wondering if the slow bullets and light hold are scattering those shots.
I just sighted my CVA cascade 350 in today.
Shooting federal 180 gr. Perfect 1/2 “ group 1.5 “ high @ 100 yds. I’m good for 200.

Mine shoots Literally Same Hole Groups 100yrds Consistently with the 180 Winchester Ammo Or The 180 Federal Non Typical,
