Your editing work is outstanding, better than some other review channels. You blend your own b shots and stock footage into the main shoot so seamlessly. Keep it up. I miss your golf r but this sienna is a better fit for your growing family! All the best.
Thanks for this video! I'm more of an XLE girl (whenever we can get our hands on one) but it was nice to see what the add-ons and options are in the higher models. I really appreciate the detail you went into and especially the images you put in that show the difference between the trims for some features. Congrats on your purchase! We hope to join the Sienna family soon.
Thanks for taking your time to leave a comment! Appreciate the feedback on the videos. We're excited for your incoming XLE and hope you join the Sienna party sooner than later~
We were offered a 25th AE with some packages and then a limited with almost no optional packages very soon after. Eventually went with the limited. Main difference for us was the interior color. We like the two tone non black interior for a family car. We also like the 7inch display and 3rd row sunshade. Rest are very similar. Pricing is also very close depends on add on and packages.
I definitely understand your choice in decision and with both cars in such similar price range, it would be tough to chose between as well. Enjoy your new Sienna!
I just found your channel because I just secured a deposit for sienna woodland black, and kind of look around for sienna videos. You have a very nice video and the quality is top notch, you will be a very successful automotive content creator. About the sienna, this trim is the best in my opinion, we can get ottoman seat even with AWD (limited/platinum will not get ottoman if we choose to have AWD). But I end up not to get this trim because it doesn’t have spare tire at all, not even an option. I just can’t have the feeling to drive a car without a spare tire.
Thank you for the motivating words Willyanto. The spare tire can be retrofit after purchasing the vehicle so no worries. It's just more work, and way more expensive than the $75 offered from Toyota.
We just put a deposit down on a Silver 25th Anniversary with the 20 inch wheels. While waiting, I've been reading that some people are complaining that they feel that the brakes seem "soft" and do not slow you down fast enough. Is that something you have experienced? People are also saying the 20 inch wheels give you a rough ride. i hope not. I like the idea of the bigger wheels, because I've read it provides more stability and traction. Ours will have the black wheels, which look sharp- but some are complaining they peel. Not sure when we will get a test drive, but I'm concerned over what I've read about the braking.
Congrats on the incoming 25AE! In regards to the soft braking feel, you might be referring to the regenerative braking in hybrids. There’s a slight learning curve when driving hybrids but you’ll get the hang of it. 20” wheels might make the bumps a bit more noticeable, especially compared to 60 sidewalls on the 18” awd setup. I would definitely suggest a test drive. If the 25AE is a must have you can always downsize. Both wheel setups on the fwd/awd have glued on wheel covers hence the “peeling” if you accidentally curb them. Hoping you get your sienna soon and good luck!
That was super detailed and useful! I agree that the bonus features from the Limited make this a compelling package. I do want a digital rearview mirror though for those rare cases when the van is filled up for a camping trip or Kijiji furniture buy lol. The only part that I actually would not like to have are roof rails; it makes clearing the roof of thick snow much more difficult. I know you don’t have the heated steering wheel but do you happen to know if it heats up the whole ring or just the perforated bits on the side? Also, do you have any plans for the chrome plastic wheel caps? If I ever get one, I am thinking of plastidipping them gloss black or dark grey. Not sure if it will look ghetto though lol. But getting plastic caps professionally painted doesn’t seem worth it either. Wish they just equip them without the caps (the alloys underneath seem to look fine, Tesla style). I don’t even know why the AWD XSE models have 18 inch chromes rather than the 20 inch dark ones from the FWD. it’s the tire width that matters in the snow, not the wheel diameter. Finally, I wish we can still get smaller vans like the original Sienna, Odyssey or Mazda5. The current vans are a tad too big - good for rural areas but I can imagine them to be intimidating in some situations (like your driveway lol)
Whoa appreciate your well thought out comment. Thanks for the feedback - worked hard on this video! I definitely would prefer Toyota include the digital rearview mirror, either standard, or at least optional if the RES is equipped. That said - will be looking into an aftermarket system. The roof rails do come in handy for us as we also have a cargo box we kept from our VW. In regards to the steering wheel - I believe the Siennas only have heated on 9-3 position. The newer Toyotas might get 360 heating. Right now I don't have immediate plans for the chrome covers but definitely want dark rims to complete the look.. somehow! Fully enjoyed responding to these comments. Thanks everyone ~
Hey there - thank you for the incredibly detailed overview of your new Sienna. Very helpful to finally see an actual owner providing an in-depth review of this trim level. Loved it and am excited for you!Question to which I can’t seem to get an answer - does your driver seat have 4-way power lumbar support adjustability? Or is it just 2-way? In advance, thank you!
Glad it was helpful! I will get back to you in terms of the lumbar support settings since I haven't test haha. Since it's 8 way power adjustable seats, I assume the lumbar is only 2 way - front and back. I'll have to confirm! Thank you for taking the time to comment.
Some of these Car Reviews videos have sound effects that throw me off. Such as.. this one with the Capcom logo jingle along with the Street Fighter 2 confirm sound.
I’m not sure. Very good question. Does it get acoustic glass from limited and platinum .. or the XSE. Let me check the front windshield and see if there are any indications. As always, Thanks for your comments!
Hi i am from toronto and i ordered this same car, 25th AE AWD in either silver or white back im August of 2022. As of now, the dealer says there isnt any updates and i havent seen one on the road here in toronto. The States only have 2525 units so there must less for Canada. May i ask if you had some kind of connection at the dealership in order to secure a unit, or it was all luck/timing? I actaully think this is better looking in and out compared to the limited. Super envy haha
Hey QC. It was pure luck that we received this 25AE allocation. We inquired about it and by chance, it was a different waitlist than the other Sienna trims. Hoping you get yours soon!
Did you find any use for the rear entertainment system yet or not so much? Does the RES cause the feeling of less "space" or headroom in the cabin? Believe it extends 3 inches down or something... or not noticable difference
Hi Mickey - nope we haven't used the RES daily yet. Our kiddos are still rear facing but I know when it comes time to, it will entertain them - at least initially. We're pretty excited for it actually. We did test it and its very basic. But I'm sure you did a ton of research and know how it works. In terms of losing headroom, not so much. I don't think that would matter unless the van is for hauling something and we need all the clearance we can but then the 2nd row isn't "removable" anyway.. so the cargo storage would start from behind the captains chair.
Hey Chuck, the 25AE already comes with the XSE Plus Package as standard which does include the 12 speaker JBL (along with the wireless charging, roof rails, and navigation) despite what it states on the spec sheet
So the 25th anniversary comes with that blue ambient lighting? Do you have to press a specific button or have it in a specific setting to come on? Because on your driving impressions video I don’t think I noticed it while you were driving in the nighttime.
Supposedly all XSE trims abd up have the ambient lighting strip under the shelf. I didn’t know. It’s very dim however.. so my camera angles from up top overhead view won’t catch anything. Subtle.
They said eventually but no idea what the ETA is. Ironic thing is, you can lose your keyfob and can order one at your local dealership quicker but just need to pay
There’s a 25th Anniversary at the dealership in Pearl White, but they site says it’s FWD. I thought all 25th were AWD. Did they just add stuff to a regular XSE to mimic a 25th anniversary ed? Or is it a dealership typo you think?
25AE come in both FWD and AWD. WInd chill pearl or celestial silver. 2nd row ottoman or no ottoman depending on drivetrain and spare tire. So it should be a 25th anniversary unless, like you said, a mistake in description. The main concern is their asking price and if any markups. Good luck!
Yes it's a special car and you got to fight among with Chinese telsa trade in people. Good luck on buying this mini van. It's huge favorite car among Chinese. Also you need to wait 1 1/2 year on toyoyo rav4 prime with over $60K. I don't get people want to get hard to find or buy toe yoyo? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

if you have a hotspot, using a firestick on the hdmi is a nice option.
Enjoy with Family

You know your Street Fighter fellow dragon
Will the power folding mirrors remain folded while you back out of your garage?...Thanks!
Yeah it will, there is a manual toggle to retract it back and forth
Thanks for sharing! Most detailed w all through of 25th
Appreciate it Mickey!
does the front door window say anything about acoustic glass? the limited has it.

Can you use the inverter in the second row while moving?
Yep definitely can
Is this a science fiction video, they don't have any in the dealerships
Underrated comment!

I prefer the blackout instead of the chrome. Storm Trooper vibes!
Yup! Also one less thing to do if its straight from factory 😅
I don't see a way to add the JBL system to 25th on the site, looks like only 8 speaker available

@@ilimit thanks so much for the quick response.
Is the dealership going to send you the additional spare key fob?

@@ilimit thanks so much! Yea no mark up, it’s $50,400 before taxes and fees. I was hoping for AWD but almost all the Siennas we’ve seen are FWD.
Sweet! Good luck with your delivery! Hope you get it soon
how long you wait for your car? When I went to the dealer, they told me no clear schedule.
We were lucky and had one allocated to us in November. Car was delivered at the end of January.
What is the interior color of the car reviewed called?
According to the brochure: "25th Anniversary Special Edition perforated leather trim shown in Black"
In this episode of the Minivan everyone wants but can't have.
😳
Glad you're loving your new Sienna. 😎
Thanks Randy! The JBL sound is nothing like the ELS signature on your Type S. No surprise there! 😅
Please do a detail video for the Woodland
I sure want to but no inventory
How much was mark up? I was told 15k $
It may very well be in some states
Are they numbered?
Nope unfortunately not!
Any markups?
Fortunately nope
the jump the LE to 25th is 11k... so tempting but my wallet is saying LE
Can’t go wrong with a sienna in general!
It came with one key?
Yup unfortunately. Toyota will ship us the second key in the near future
@@ilimit hopefully they send it soon
Water getting into the oil isn’t special, Toyota can keep this one
Me gusta toyota sienna
me gusta tambien!
How much
