I know his mixed voice is still struggling but he's clawing his way up bit by bit. He's been going now for over a year and constantly belts D5s. Even if his mixed register is still rough, he at least doesn't seem to over-exert himself. If you haven't, watch Seize the Day live from Jakarta, it was truly magnificent, specifically the bridge section.

i think matt has a problem with clean voice
he cant sing notes of G4 and above cleanly anymore. this song is constantly shooting him up to A4, his transition is incredibly rough

Agreed, out of the whole setlist Fiction was the only one a little bit sloppy
