There is something so freeing about letting the “stuff” go. I am on a mission to make the house stuff so much easier to clean, to move around when needed.

You are getting rid of things you can use in future when you redecorate . Consider a tote in basement to keep and repurpose bc you will go and buy baskets in future. Waste of money to discard things you will and can use. You can still Declutter without disposing perfectly good things. Example you dont need two mops but can use two baskets. Since you like to decorate or change things up you can have your own supply in basement . On another note it was good you mentioned your husbands past struggles and single parenting in past. Happy to hear things have turned around and you are a family once again. Do miss seeing the girls and your mom too !
I left a months worth of clothes with my kids (on the ones who had that much) because of when illness sweeps through our home and we don’t feel like doing laundry but need clean clothes- just in case some one vomits (or other) several times in one day. They may get washed but then not switched to the dryer before needing rewashing.

I never commented but my heart was breaking and prayed for you all when I saw you discreetly living as a single mom. 🙏🏻 Living with a scarcity mindset is a constant battle/ prayer request in my life. I don't want our 3 daughters to grow up in any such stronghold. Living with less is healthier for my mental health. I love all your videos and both channels! 💕
