As someone doing maintenance for a few shopping centers (roofing isn't my normal thing) this video was very helpful. Great to see a man with skill in action.

Not good bro, always clean your rubber before priming and gluing. Other than that, looks good. I give you a thumbs up for being on the roof and getting it done.
The tape that joins the two seams together is called inseam tape. The tape that you use to make repairs on top of the rubber is called cover tape it comes in two forms cured or uncured it can only be purchased at a roofing supply store.
Just ask for rubber roofing primer in the repair will last as long as you have your roof because that tape is like Iron and Steel once you seem it together.
"I use inseam tape which is applied from the inside. This tape doesn't require any cover tape, which makes it an excellent solution for rubber roofing projects. By using inseam tape, you can save time and ensure a clean finish. I would recommend trying inseam tape in your next project and see how it can simplify your work."
