After changing dpf filters I am getting following codes every single day every 200 to 800kms. How to fix this shit????? SPN 5246 Fmi 0 SPN 4364 Fmi 1 SPN 4364 Fmi 18 SPN 3364 Fmi 2 SPN 5246 Fmi 15 SPN 5246 Fmi 16
Negative and as crazy this is going to sound, somebody suggested to change out the engine air filter. Ever since I changed it, the lights haven't popped up. When the air filter gets clogged up or really dirty, the engine can't breath properly during hard strains (heavy loads, mountains, against wind, etc), causing the lights to come on forcing you to do an efficiency test. unfortunately, it can be a multitude of different things. My only suggestion is that if you haven't replaced the engine air filter in a while, it wouldn't hurt to replace it. Good luck my friend.
Try getting a one box efficiency test done and if it says the one box is in good health take it to Pittsburg power and get a diesel force cleaning done and start running Max Mileage the cleaning and the Max Mileage keeps soot levels down
Thanks for the suggestion! will look into getting the one box efficiency test done while I'm at home for the holidays. I don't think the issue is the soot level but it definitely won't hurt to use the Max Mileage. I idle as little as possible. The codes don't pop up unless I'm heavy and/or going through mountains/hills.
Thanks a lot. That was very informative. Great video.
I definitely feel your pain with all the aftertreatment codes.
Thank you for the info. I did a parked regen and cleared the active codes. Heading to the OTR Performance link you have to get the tool you have.
Glad it helped
Very informative video.
I was having the same issues, I changed my dpf filters that solved the problems for awhile.
When you say for a while, did the problem still continued after a while or are you waiting to see if the problem will come back?

Change scr 1 box harness was not in greatest shape solve issue was getting same codes also had leak in pipe after 1 box going to muffler
