Do you have you have to go through both iterations of the reset?? It looks like you hold power + v down to reset the phone, then hold down the power button and v-up, then you do the reset again, hold pb and v-up, then when the logo appears you release the power button but keep holding the v-up button?

THIS IS THE CORRECT WAY ( VIDEO IS WRONG) 1. connect your phone with pc with the cable 2.Volume down + power button 10 sec 3.Volume up + power button > stop when see galaxy logo and thats it.

What do you do when it doesn’t come up with wipe data on the last screen only wipe cache? I need the wipe data option but it doesn’t show it just isn’t there?
I did all the process to reset a phone my uncle gave me but forgot his passwords to let me reset it normally, so now I did all the steps and went into that screen to brute force the reset exactly like the video, but now Im stuck on the samsung logo, do u have any idea?
