Thank you Sarah & Andrew for another fabulous walk. The perfect anti-dote for a dull, wet and windy February day. I thought the pale blue colour of the sea was most striking. I’m now looking forward to your next virtual walk.
Absolutely beautiful!...balm for the soul. Thanks for tackling all those rocky pathways & climbs. So enjoyed the sudden drama of the wonderful panoramas taking in ocean, valleys & coves...the perfect antidote to London lockdown. Especially loved the way doggie was in 'leader of the pack' mode this time!
Loved this. You are so good at these virtual walks and what a nice surprise. Views to die for and the sea so blue. Just something really special about Cornwall. Your dog is so good how he walks in front and keeps stopping to make sure you are there bless him and doesn't run off. A nice idea to have him walk in front makes it really special and he does love to dig the beaches up !! I like the new little touches like the text on screen giving you information.. When you get old, think of all the lovely memories you will have!!! Thanks for sharing. xx
Glad you enjoyed the text, we are trying to find our style with the virtual walks. We realise that they are not for everyone but good for exercise at the moment, Sarah :)
Fabulous, I walked every step with you, I need a cuppa now, then I may do it all again :-) thanks both, there is no better prescription for lifting the spirits.
Great puptwin vidbomb. Spectacular pocket o' the globe to exist/explore/exhale in. Mr. Doggy doggedly diggin' wet sand. Another heavenly hike - loving it!
Hi Sarah and Andrew, very much enjoyed watching on this dreary and dark afternoon. I think this is one of your best ever coastline videos with spectacular long shots of that beautiful turquoise sea where it meets the land. Very clear and very colourful. I loved it. Sometimes on the non commentary walks, like today, I turn the sound down, (not totally as I need to hear the sea!) and put some background music on, usually classical or some quiet guitar. So relaxing. Thank you 🙏
Thank you...I like exercising inside, and this video made my morning routine very happy! I live near Seattle and did have a trip to Cornwall 2 years ago...this brought back many happy memories. Again, thank you very much for doing this!
Superb video. Brings back memories of childhood summer holidays with my parents and my aunt. My wife and I love the walk from Porthtowan to Chapel Porth but have only managed to do the walk along the beach once! Thank you.
Just finished watching, using the TV. Now I have turn the iPad on to leave comments. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed this virtual walk, expertly lead by your lovely dog. Can he read the footpath signs? He always managed to select the correct direction. We were never as keen on your virtual walks, as we prefer the banter between the two of you. But having the brown dog leading the way, it gives a point of interest. This was by far the best one you have done and it was good to see Andrew keeping to the 2 metre rule when meeting other walkers.. Are there any beaches in Cornwall that your dear doggy hasn’t excavated. He’s an incredible digger. Yes. That was great entertainment.
Many thanks for your comment, we are trying to find our own style with these walks. It is an acquired taste I think but they are very good for our channel as they are watched regularly for exercise, whereas the vlogs tend to die quite quickly. The RUclips algorithm likes the retention and therefore promotes our channel, helping it to grow. Our little dog adores sandy beaches, not so keen on pebbly ones, Sarah :)
Marvelous! Beautiful journey thank you!! II can ‘t help worrying for your beautiful dog having to walk so very closely exposed to dangerous mine waste.
Hey, how are you? An interesting and relaxing virtual tour, it's great to see new places / it’s nice to see this place through your eyes. Thank you for sharing! Have a nice day!
Looks a spring day beautiful scenery of the blue sea 🌊 thank you for putting this video on a Sunday you made me happy 😃 look forward to the next video stay safe xx
Had to skim through som of this as didn't have a whole hour to do it properly! Will come back to it. That's the nice part of your virtual walks, you can do them time and again as a viewer. Lovely walk....one of my favourites I think so far. Have a good week. J x
Thank you for this wonderful video 🥰 You have very well caught the hypnotising colours and the wild coastline full of history. I remember walking there in August 2018. And I wondered about the barren rocky area. I didn't know then that it was because of the asenic residue from mining. Great to know. Once I feel comfortable to go to the gym again I will watch this video while using the threadmill ❤👍 Torunn 😊
Hopefully it will not be long now before we have a semblance of normality. And I heard an historian comment this week that the roaring 20s followed the Spanish flu and WWI, implying that everyone had a party after the pandemic was over, so "Cheers!" Sarah :)
Thank you once again for keeping our spirits up in these trying times. Maybe you could try putting the WhatThreeWords locations at the start , finish and points of interest along the route. Just a thought. Keep safe and enjoy your beautiful county.
Such a beautiful walk and such a beautiful day! I absolutely love Chapel Coombe and the beach at Chapel Porth. Did you go back the same way or continue up the valley, scene of the famous "bum in river" incident? Have you ever tried the ice cream "hedgehogs" at Chapel Porth cafe?
We returned by East Cliff, steep and sharp but more direct! Never had a hedgehog ice cream from Chapel Porth, somewhere we tend to give a wide berth in the summer, but their hot chocolates are really good for a winter walk! Sarah :)
What were the people hunting for in the rocks on the beach? I love Cornwall, have been there several times and hope to return again at some point. In the meantime your tours are almost as good as being there in person. Thanks!
He doing ok, blind and deaf and quite frail now, nearly 14 so we let him do whatever he wants, even if it is staring and barking at a washing machine! Sarah :)
Quick! Stake out your lithium claim before it's too late! On a more practical note perhaps, I thought you recorded quite a lot of bird song. Can you identify birds from their song? I wish I could.
You're right. With stunning views and perfect weather this walk makes me smile! Really enjoyed watching it. Thank you for sharing!!! 👏👏👍

Hi Sarah and Andrew
We are going through a difficult time at present but your videos are keeping us going. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.xx
Praying for you tonight Pamela. 🙏
Thank you, worn out now sitting watching this walk, time for a Cornish cream tea 😋😋😋 xx

You're so welcome! Sarah :)
Stunning walk. I must do this one day. Last September we walked from wheal Coates to Chapel Porth, husband stopped for a hedgehog ice cream ☺️😍
Thank you for the wonderful walk. I'm going to use these virtual walks when I exercise in the house. Love the nature sounds on the trail.
Wonderful! Just the idea! Sarah :)
Thanks guys a lovely relaxing mood enhancer, right before bed time 👌✨😴

Nice walk....hope a cafe/pub was open as you deserved it. Great video!
Hi Steve, unfortunately not! But we had plenty of snacks with us to help us get back to the car! Sarah :)

Hi Sarah & Andrew, I was wondering, if you could choose, which are your top 5 places to visit in Cornwall, possibly a future video. ! 👍🏼📸🌟

That's a good idea! I've heard of that, I will try and remember that, need to figure out how it works first.... Sarah :)
That looks proper clarty 😀
Found your channel last week and I’m absolutely loving your videos! This one is so relaxing. ❤️ Gool Peran Lowen.

Nice to see everyone wearing face masks in this pandemic!
How is doggy number 2 ?
