FPS drop was due to rendering issues when you make a hot drop. Different people have different ping so when it overlaps it creates a FPS drop. Otherwise this phone is a BEAST! Love your videos ❤️

I bought it last year around the month of August. I have installed all the updates that have been pushed to date. I have begun experiencing lags more often than I used to before. Like the FPS drops to around 39-42 whenever a squad rushes us or vice versa. I dunno what I can do to improve this now. Flashing a custom ROM is too much of a hassle.

I would suggest you to unlock the BL and flash an AOSP based custom rom for better performance. Xiaomi is known to decrease device performance intentionally over time.
The pain of having this phone is that... Every other player thinks this is a flagship level phone... But over time non they realise this won't deliver the performance as expected.... I have k20 pro.... But now it's just not surving Classic Ace *8 lobby let alone coustom scrims....
