Well, this 53yr old loves sugary type fragrances 😁 but I have to admit, I nearly always mix most gourmand perfume with something else a bit more complex.... I can't even wear Escapade Gourmande by itself. It's too one-dimensional.
I agree 100% about Confection. It doesn’t get to the depth of VCRS. I still prefer the OG, but glad to have both. I use confection for everyday, I use VCRS for date night and more “serious” events.

@@anag5568 it is very easy to get hooked on Middle Eastern fragrances… They are produced quickly and a lot of the times they are absolutely amazing! Which ones do you plan on getting first?

@nelijaamour1259 I do it for the exercise also now that I'm older. Yes I'm pretty decent. Love to shuffle/bounce skate. There are adult nights at some rinks and I go to them sometimes. They have a live dj. It's fun. 😁

I got a sample of Grand Soir last year and couldn't hack it because it has lavender in it. I had not even heard of Amber Grand before this video, so I will have to pick it up. It appears to not have the lavender in it. I like Khair Pistachio SOOOO much better than Kayali Yum Pistachio because Khair Pistachio doesn't have the cheap rot-gut rum in it that Yum Pistachio has...plus it actually smells nutty and not sicky-sweet where Yum Pistachio does. Paris Corner took the fragrance and corrected all the pitfalls that Yum Pistachio had in it. I own several bottles of Kayali fragrances, and--in my opinion--Mona took a wrong turn somewhere. For me, and I know others feel differently, I want my fragrances to smell elevated, sophisticated, elegant, and classy. In my mind, smelling sicky-sweet or like cheap rot-gut rum doesn't fit my particular "bill" I got Rifaaqat as soon as I found out it was duping Babycat. Babycat was soooo hard to find in the USA because of some pending litigation. It resolved right after I got Rifaaqat and I now keep Rifaaqat in my collection along with Babycat and got bottles of both to give for Christmas. Babycat lasts MUCH longer than Rifaaqat but they definitely have the same DNA.
@@joannathesinger770 once you try, Amber grand let me know what you think of it… Paris corner is really getting close to perfecting all of Kayali’s fragrances. I enjoy how they are able to make the fragrances last a lot longer.
I like Khair Confection and Pistachio better than the OGs. Qissa Delicious changed so much over time, it's so unique and delectable. Minya Green is soo good. Qissa Pink is pretty but meh.

Try the new mango jaguso and coconut lagoon there lovely..and the tiramisu speculous is good too. And now want to get banana bliss.
