The man of 1000 voices. His range is unmatched in terms of tone and timbre of vocal breadth. He can do the old school shrieks along with some pretty damn good operatic vocals. I really enjoy his work. Let's not forget he was the vocalist on DMDS. He has a LOT to do with the origins of the band shortly after its birth. Great stuff.
Great interview, Attila was always the most interesting member of Mayhem to me and after this interview i appreciated him even more, love for middle east and its ancient cities and love for Tangerine Dream and Front Line Assembly nice musical influences and yes he really looks like rivethead :D
Well, he was a member of the hungarian electro industrial/techno group Plasma Pool in the early 90's who released some really cool stuff. I'm surprised he didn't mention that actually.
Great interview with interesting topics. I met attila once before the show in Cyprus, we must've talked for like 15 minutes about the ancient ruins of ammathounta he visited. Such a cool and intelligent man. Hails🤘

Švejk is a figure from a very popular Czech unfinished satirical dark comedy novel called The Good Soldier Švejk by Jaroslav Hašek. He is a big fan of a good meal & beer. I am a massive fan of the two movies about Švejk from the 50’s. Fully recommending.
