電影開頭的Shallow是由Ally原本的創作當副歌，加上兩人的火花完成整首歌，對比到片尾這首I'll Never Love Again，角色互換變成Jack的創作當副歌，卻只剩Ally一個人惆悵的唱著。兩首歌的距離是一個悲淒的愛情故事，更帶出真誠的音樂背後皆是創作者的人生經歷。最後Ally看向鏡頭，把觀眾從劇中拉回到現實，像是在告訴我們這不僅僅是一個虛構的故事，尤其是Gaga來詮釋讓這一幕更有說服力。

當你愛一個人 愛到付出所有 被傷害過後 真的不敢再打開心扉了
颱風假看了這部電影，最後整個大爆哭....現在聽到這首歌都還會想哭!!也太好看了啦!!
電影裡最後那段verse男主角的聲音ㄧ出來真的是哭爆

當時是跟一群男生死黨去的，最後電影結束燈亮，他們看見我哭的鼻涕眼淚都兩行，竟然不知如何是好，還笨拙的想安慰我哈哈哈。
