Happens quite often that they just come up and help you when they notice you've "spent too much" or you're struggling. They're pretty nice. Especially so in less touristy/busy places I feel
There’s crane games in Yokohama’s World Porters that have actual deserts, like proper cakes and such. There’s tables and cutlery so you can eat what you caught right there.
Alternate title: "How to spend 10,000 yen on 1,000 yen-worth of actual foodstuffs." You're a little late to your crane-game training arc in order to beat Connor, but at least you're getting around to it. Thanks, fella~! What sorts of wacky things will Mudan get up to tomorrow?
Try to get into a local car meet. Do some research and ask around if and when something interesting is happening. Tokyo has a strong and varied car culture, you might see things that would impress even a non-car guy.
Gonna post again for Mudan to see and try Tsuruya Yoshinobu Tokyo Store near Tokyo Station. It's a Wagashi shop that also has seats that you can sit down and see a master prepare wagashi for you to eat. Much better than spending money winning Cup Ramen at a Crane game.
so awsome to see the places my wife and i got some awsome crane games and also got a wifu in the process ..... i been enjoying you daily vlog... you should go eat and find all the taco restaurants in tokyo.... and by the way hello from mexico....
I hope to make it to Japan one day just to see if those crane games are as difficult as everyone makes them seem. From my perspective, it's about hitting the correct angles and using physics to your advantage (like Pool). On multiple tries, it appeared to be as simple as pushing or lifting completely different spots than what I saw here. In other words, they look far more skill-based than American crane games which are usually won only when enough money has been spent on them. But I could be wrong and the cranes don't stop as quickly until a certain amount is spent?
Would have been a lot easier if Connor came along. But then you'd lose him at the figurines and you'll end up alone trying to claw food. Btw, have you tried fishing? Would be an intersting video.
btw 24 hrs isnt enough, u should do a series surviving one month purely on claw machine winnings. so basically pockys, instant ramen, pringles and chupa chupas.....and hopefully theres a machine somewhere with sencha.
The skill issue in the morning made me feel physical pain. And actually the water you used to cook the ramen wasn't won in a crane game☝🤓 Day 88 of asking Mudan to host a huge Battle Royale IRL
mudan can you please go to some kissatens! A good one to go to is chatai houtai in shibuya (a few minutes away from shibuya crossing, but there are tons of other ones. I think you will 100% like the vibe of kissatens!
this guy literally has all the vibes and checkmarks of a white gaijin nerd/otaku that would be living in Japan in the 2000s and early mid 2010s.....before the entire world hopped onto the japan/anime bandwagon.
Speedrunning starvation and bankruptcy at the same time
5:11 Connor would've sumimasened 5 times by now
Make it 10 😂
He actually cuts most of them out I've seen him before you should see him sumi spam every cininimaroll
Foraging like our ancestors. Truly inspiring
The alcoholism arc is over, long live the gambling addiction
Therapist: 360° Mudan doesn't exist, he can't hurt you
360° Mudan: let me introduce myself
Mudan's heart is like that of a Victorian child experiencing an energy drink for the first time
that one unemployed friend on a tuesday afternoon
It seems Connor has gotten mudan addicted to claw machines
Mudan is probably not the only victim
That casual pigeon had no idea what you went through yesterday 😂
Happens quite often that they just come up and help you when they notice you've "spent too much" or you're struggling.
They're pretty nice. Especially so in less touristy/busy places I feel
This isn’t “surviving” this is LIVING
I just woke up, I don't think I've clicked on anything faster in my life. Thanks for listening to my content request!!!
Day 37 of Asking Mudan to send out a form at the end of the year/vlogs for us to vote the top 10 videos in the 365 days in Japan.A Mudtube Rewind
Hell yeah
I love the sound of Mudtube Rewind
There’s crane games in Yokohama’s World Porters that have actual deserts, like proper cakes and such. There’s tables and cutlery so you can eat what you caught right there.
I sometimes go there to deliver goods by driving a truck from Tokyo.
いつかおにぎり🍙作りに、チャレンジして欲しいです!(笑)
材料は、お米と海苔と塩です。
お米は鍋で簡単に炊けます😊
Vivaldi in the background of this breakfast struggle is hilarious

The extended cut of the crane game video with connor
i too am tired, hungry, and feel like garbage. hello mudan i hope you have a good day.
Mudan's definition of 'actual food' 😂
Day 2 of asking Mudan to go to that exact same spot and stand there until Chicken comes back to feed Chicken.
Always nice to see mudan upload
The music is perfection.
This is such a fun idea lmao
リクエスト聞いてくれるなら、洋服のお店行って全身コーディネートしてもらって欲しい。当然その服は全部買ってください😂
東京ならユナイテッドアローズとかビームスとか古着屋さんとか、いくらでもあるので。
Adores entrance looks like something out of early 00s I love it!
i love the scarlet/violet sandwich making music you chose 😂😂
Day 13 of asking mudan for an hour long documentary on Japanese lampposts
In this episode, Mudan gorges himself on chips and reaches bankruptcy!
We need 5 more videos like this.
Conclusion. Can you survive on claw machines only? Yes, but not on a budget and its not worth it.
Why is this guy so underrated
Most painful video to watch Mudan has ever made
Imagine editing hundreds of hours of Connor's claw machine videos and not picking up a few tips for the challenge.
Imagine if mudan did this in the other crane game place that Conner went to, that had groceries for points instead 😂😂😂
least obvious excuse to gamble 🤑💲💰💸
What's worse: asking the employee for help or the employee helping you without having to ask?
I would like you to do one of those meal at 5$, 50$, 500$ videos. Like what can you get by increasing the price of your meal.
He did that with Kobe meat just on a smaller scale of economy 😉
Damn I also saw mudan torture himself with a sh*t meal and thought, "He should do more eating focused vlogs"
if you give me $500 then sure
@@Mudan Damn, What if you do 1$, 10$ and 100$? I can you give that 100$ XD
@@DreamingCannibal deal
Man's gone a long way man he's in Japan now. I remember joining the Trackmania streams. What a W
"They got actual food here" = shows instant noodles LMAO
bro the thumbnail is too cursed that i am out of character

that was a great video!
That donkihote in Akihabara has the wildest posters on the walls once you pass like the 3rd floor. You've been warned lol
"this is like the cinnamon challenge what are they made of SAND>?" >:D
“Actual food here” “instant ramen, candy, and instant ramen”
I'm surprised Connor hasn't done something like this yet.
We were scammed... You didn't get that kettle from the claw machine, Mudan!
0:57 How in the world is there Bobobo merch currently in crane games? I thought there was no merch for that show.
I was just in Japan and I have no clue how I missed this
so awsome to see the places my wife and i got some awsome crane games and also got a wifu in the process ..... i been enjoying you daily vlog... you should go eat and find all the taco restaurants in tokyo.... and by the way hello from mexico....
ayo goated monster flavour
That corner of the super ramen lunch was a foe like none other
7/11 needs to add a food claw machine to gamify the salaryman lunch experience

I tried surviving off eating things from claw machines. Man, I thought the figurines were bad going in, but they were even worse coming out! 😱
Claw machine's are just addictively fun
I miss the batting cage above that Asakusa Taito Station
Love the videos. Very chill and fun. Plus he’s a cutie :)
Most expensive instant ramen ever lol
Addictions upon addictions. Yes
Reminds me of the challenges Claw master does, fun stuff
Jesus Christ I’m getting secondhand heart palpitations just watching you eat all those carbohydrates
Me too Mudan, me too
Didn't expect to hear that Latvia has a hand in making that weird marshmallow on a stick.
Better value than the price of groceries in Canada 🤣
Would have been a lot easier if Connor came along. But then you'd lose him at the figurines and you'll end up alone trying to claw food.
Btw, have you tried fishing? Would be an intersting video.
actually getting addicted to coffee lol
Great video!
AB tier video
Mudan, what's wrong? 😢 you barely touched your 400 calorie donuts.
Ps. Fall trees are so fucking special. ❤
That was painful but entertaining to watch.
Challenge failed because you chose Original Pringles over Sour Cream
Day 94 of commenting on Mudan's Vlog: Yes! Crane Game succes! Looking forward for the next request forfilled! 😃
im a fiend for crane game content
btw 24 hrs isnt enough, u should do a series surviving one month purely on claw machine winnings. so basically pockys, instant ramen, pringles and chupa chupas.....and hopefully theres a machine somewhere with sencha.
PTSD alert, just trying a few crane games that use rubberized bar is painful.
I had this idea after seeing the gachapon shop that lets you earn points pre win which you can spend on in a lil convenience store
It looked like you kept grabbing it somewhere in the middle, you should drag the box to turn in
Claw Master RUclips channel does this same challenge but within a budget and for a week.
spent more money trying to get ramen than actually buying ramen down the street lmao
The skill issue in the morning made me feel physical pain.
And actually the water you used to cook the ramen wasn't won in a crane game☝🤓
Day 88 of asking Mudan to host a huge Battle Royale IRL
Sorry mudan this is crazy insane. 😅
And I thought keurig was the hardest boss at 6am

THE CLAWWWWW
Day 21 Of asking Mudan to try a video in Film-noir style!
If only money could be exchanged for goods and services. Also day 10 of asking mudan to visit aogashima island.
Mudan sounds a lot more like Connor in this video idk why
CHICKEN'S BACK!!
Day 2 of asking mudan to go to Accessory Museum or Yamanashi Jewelry Museum :)
this guy literally has all the vibes and checkmarks of a white gaijin nerd/otaku that would be living in Japan in the 2000s and early mid 2010s.....before the entire world hopped onto the japan/anime bandwagon.
hey man didn''t see you get any water :P
Preparing for round two with Connor.
I'm waiting for cdawg to "borrow" this idea
Maybe you and Dice Arisugawa would get along 🎲
I just feel bad for Mudan really.
Coffee is good
Pachinko edition when? (I have no idea if this exists)
NIcE
You gotta sumimasen every 3 tries and watch claw master to learn some tricks
If I'm not wrong, all snack size is the same size in picture
To avoid misunderstanding
