Audible air leaks - Air loss rate exceeds the prescribed limit

2. Audible Air Leak
a. Wheels are chocked/ Start the truck
b. Bring air pressure to 100 psi
c. Release yellow and red knob (down)
d. Turn OFF the truck and ignition ON
e. Press and hold foot brake, then listen outside for any leakage for 5 seconds
f. there is NO LEAKAGE, then its GOOD and if there is LEAKAGE its MINOR DEFECT.
Air Loss Rate Exceeds Prescribed Limit
a. Wheels are chocked/Start the truck
b. Release both Yellow and Red knob (Down).
c. Bring Air pressure to 100 PSI
d. Turn the truck OFF and ignition ON
e. Press and hold the brake pedal
f. Look at the gauge for 1 minute after air pressure stable
g. LESS THAN 4 PSI LOST in 1 minute its GOOD and if MORE THAN 4 PSI LOST in 1 minute than its MAJOR DEFECT.
