오늘 만들어볼 초콜렛은
망디앙초콜렛과 바크 초콜렛입니다.^^
The chocolate I'm going to make today
Mandiane Chocolate and Bark Chocolate. ^^
망디앙은 동그랗게 중탕한 초콜렛을 짠후에 견과류나 스프링클로 장식하는 초콜렛모양이랍니다.
망디안이라는 의미는 프랑스어로 '걸인'이라는 뜻인데요,
예전에 프랑스 수도원에서 크리스마스 시즌에
걸인들에게 나눠준 것을 유래했다고 해요
겨울에 초코렛을 나눠주어 칼로리 충전을 해주었나봐요 ^^
Mandiang is a chocolate that is squeezed with round, hot chocolate and then decorated with nuts or sprinkles.
Mandian means "girl" in French.
In the Christmas season in the former French abbey

바크 초콜렛은 바 모양으로 만들어 포장한 초콜렛인데
말린 과일이나 견과류를 올려서 만든 초콜렛을 말해요
바크 초콜릿 (bark chocolate)의 바크란 나무껍질 이라는 뜻으로 , 바크초콜릿은 나무껍질 처럼 얇고 거친 모양으로 만들어진 초콜릿을 말한다네요
