i cannot use frost spike with crossbow or any sort of bow/gun. why is that?
Most skills require specific weapons to be used and it is the same for frost spike

Are you using the Nightmare pet or is Nightmare just this good ?
I am using a lv2 Nightmare pet so it might help a little. That said, it doesn't affect the final amount of bubbles, you just get some bubbles to drop from the first 3 lotus in the nightmare and more dream talking from nightmare monsters.

any levling loot filter to share?

The balls coming out of the enemies with loot. What is that called? and I’m gonna play this build as
They are the nightmare reward bubbles which are spawned after completing the nightmare mechanic. I hope you'll enjoy the build as much as I am!
