the tone of the singer when he says the part """" In the lion's den, The blood is sinking in. See the sweat on the flesh Hear the whisper of death The vultures are circling."""" gives me chills every time! \m/
A soldier rises from the field, battered and bruised. He looked on the lowering sun, and grimaced. 5 thousand knights of the opposing side faced him from across the valley. His brothers, laying on the ground and the valley floor, dead or injured. He looked up, and saw vultures circling his fellow brethren. “Back off!!!” He yelled in a tone so great the greatest warrior would have cowered. He stuck his blade into the ground, covered in blood and dirt. He pulled himself off the ground, and rose with a mighty yell. He ripped a quill bolt out of his side, and tossed it onto the ground. He then thought to himself, “Though my brethren have fallen, this war is not over yet. I’m the last one standing.” By this time, most of the enemy were charging up the hill. The soldier looked down at the opposing might, and readied his blade. A soldier made it to the top, and lunged at him. The soldier shifted sideways, and sliced open his back, dispatching the enemy. Three more soldiers made it to the top. He stabbed the first in the chest, sending him toppling back down, taking out his fellow soldiers as he rolled down the hill. The remaining two jumped at him, and the soldier knew it was the end. He flinched as he felt the wind of the blades near his face. They were stopped with a metallic cling, and the soldier saw two of his fellow battered and bruised companions block the blows and dispatch the fellow. “Found some life have ya?” He teased. The three soldiers fought for minutes upon minutes, hours upon hours, with the only thought of surviving. Adrenaline coursed through their veins, giving them the strength to fight. Miraculously, they killed 5,000 of their blue tunic enemies. The trio then, overcame with weakness, fell on the spot, asleep. They were the warriors of the century, and the rest of their tale is for another time. 12/10/19 Ay guys, just released a different story on Jenny’s other new video, “Eye of the Storm Reborn”. Thanks for all the likes.
The actual quote: "Sir, we're surrounded!" "Good, that simplifies our problem". -Lieutenant Colonel Lewis "Chesty" Puller, United States Marines, Korean War 1950.
he sits there, on his knees as he looks at the approaching army. they numbered in the thousands, armored knights on horses, 8 ft Goliaths, and countless men-at-arms. they went on forever, while he was only one. his army - his comrades - has been slaughtered by a rain of arrows, which had punctured their armor. he had survived, with only an arrow in his shoulder. he grimaced at the other army, and ripped the arrow out, tossing it aside. he was no small man, not a weak one either, and yet he grimaced as he shoved himself to his feet, grabbing his massive sword and tower shield. he'd rather be cut down than die like a coward on this field, letting the enemy past on their march towards his king. he took one step forward, and watched as a few of the enemy looked towards him and laughed. he coughed, and went down on one knee as his strength failed him for but a moment, and began pushing himself up when he heard someone beside him. "My dear, do you truly wish to do this?" he looked beside him, and saw a knight in gold, light radiating from them. the knight looked down at him, waiting for a response. "I.. cannot let them get to my king." the golden knight nodded, and held out their hand "Then take my hand, and i shall give you your strength back." he clasped their hand in his, and felt his strength return. he then looked down, and saw that he looked like the golden knight now, 7 feet tall, and clad in golden armor. he got to his feet again, and grinned. he took two running steps, and on the last one, he launched himself at the enemies, his launch creating a shockwave as he left the ground. he put his shield infront of him, and smashed into the enemy ranks, the men-at-arms infront of him crumpling like paper as he gained his footing and began slashing with his sword, his strength allowing it not only to cut flesh, but to crush armor like plastic. he slashed and thrust, cut and crushed, carving his way through enemy after enemy. they stood back, fear in their eyes as he cut through them like a hot knife through butter. when he couldnt move his sword enough to cut, he sheathed it, and smashed apart armor and people alike with his fists, a brutal storm of rage and strength, unstoppable. he could see the enemy king in the middle of the horde, trying to run from the golden death in his army. as grinned at the sight of the king, who had foolishly come with the horde, and he smashed, cut, thrust and crushed with renewed fury and power. only after he had made every warrior fall to the ground in death could he reach the king, and as he did, the coward begged. "P-please! I'll give you anything! J-just s-spare me!" "I shall give no mercy to those that defy and attempt to kill my king and my country." the king's eyes widened at the goldenclad's knights voice, filled with rage. as the king turned to flee, the knight brought his sword down in one brutal, final strike. the crown of the enemy fell to the ground, cut cleanly in two. the knight then fell to one knee as the rage of battle subsided, and looked around him. he saw nothing but death, and realized - he had singlehandedly saved his nation, despite the deaths of his comrades. then, he felt the dull pain of several broken sword blades that had broken off in his armor, and the sharp pain of an arrow that had pierced his eye joined the other pains and aches. the golden knight stood infront of him, and crouched so they were eye to eye, and took of their helmet. white hair fell out, falling to her waist as she smiled softly at the knight, her golden armor putting a soft glow on her face as she put a hand on his head, her touch soft. "You did well, Knight. You may close your eyes if you wish to." he nodded, and closed his eyes. she caught him before he could fall, and lowered him gently to the ground, and put a hand over his heart. she felt nothing, and watched as his spirit separated from his body. she held her hand put to him once more, and smiled softly again. he smiled back, and took it, and together they left the field of battle behind. (if you enjoyed that pls leave a comment or like whichever you choose. if i get enough encoragement, i may make more of these on other videos, so keep an eye out~)
When I heard this song for the first time I instantly though of the white death , the single soldier who defended Finland from the Russian army getting over 500 confirmed kills more that couldn't be counted but its estimated he killed 1,500 the russians were so scared that when the white death got spotted they called artillery barrage to where he was ,but the Finland sniper stood there defending his home land until his last breath,he made the Russian army retreat He did all that with iron sight at more than 500 meters
Yes, Simo Häyhä has the highest comfirmed death count in history, using iron sights against enemies with telecopes (not counting the incident he used a submachine gun). While he was heavily wounded right before the Winter War ended in 1940, he lived to 97, like a boss.
My tale is not one of a hero, but one of a beast. A beast who was backed into its den and fought with all its self. Only thinking of life and not the pack that it leaves behind. The beast feels no guilt, no sorrow, no anger. Only its desire to live. And for that, it would do anything
Through action,a man becomes a hero. Through death,a hero becomes a legend. Through time,a legend becomes a Myth. And by learning from the Myth,a man takes action.
To everyone: Remember that the process of self-control and self-love is very important. Take time to care for yourself, listen to your soul, and put yourself first.
@@kingbrit4583 Did you watch endgame? Cause if you did think back to the last fight a broken down captain america against a whole army in front of him and if you seen the movie you would know why i said on your left
@Петър денов I wasn't saying that captain america was the hero of the movie if i could choose i would choose iron man too i love iron man and iron man was the hero of the whole movie and Robert Downey JR deserves an oscar

after the volley of arrows, the blue army had thought they had won, until a lone knight rose from the pile of dead red soldiers. Using his sword for balance, he stood and looked around, seeing the carnage the enemy had brought down upon his brethren. He was alone, the last one standing. He stared at his foe, pure rage filling his body and mind, fueling him. The enemy charged, thinking this would be easy, they were poorly mistaken. The lone knight released a thundering, primal yell of anger, sorrow, and hatred. He raised his sword, ready to fight till the end. The first victim rose over the ridge, the knight brought down his blade cutting clean through the soldier. The next two arrived only to have their heads sent rolling in one stroke. As more came over the ridge, they were cut down as if hay to a scythe. Then an arrow came down and struck him in the shoulder sending him stumbling. Soon recovering and regaining balance, he cut down the next batch of soldiers. After 30 minutes of fighting off his enemy, he began to tire, he was slowing down, his sword felt heavy, every stroke felt harder then the last. He heard the call of the reaper, telling him to surrender and die, follow him to the after life. Ignoring the call he fought on. Suddenly a sword cut into the back of his knee. He thrust at the soldier, driving his blade into his heart. He stood, and pulled his blade out of the soldier and driving the hilt into anothers helm. He then felt a blade impale him from behind. Reaching back he grabbed the solder and threw him at another, sending them down the hill. He knew he didn't have long to fight, but he would never surrender, he would continue to fight while he still drew breath. He continued to hack and slash at his enemy. Looking up he saw more arrows flying towards him. He grabbed an enemy soldier used him as a shield against the arrows. When the arrows stopped he threw down the dead soldier, and cut down another. Another blade was driven into his side, piercing his lungs and barely missing his heart. He grabbed an arrow from the dead soldier and buried it into the throat of the soldier. He felt his breathing become shallow, his vision blurred, he shook his head and parried another strike. He felt an ax had sink into his shoulder from behind. He stabbed the ax-man, then another arrow hit his thigh, another in his breast and collide with the blade in his chest. This was the end. His sword fell out of his hands, he dropped to his knees, he looked up, and saw the souls of his brothers, they looked at him, and nodded, one reached out to him and said, " well done brother, well done". He reached out to his brother and took his hand, then his soul left him, his body dropped and hit the ground. He had done his duty to his king, and his country, he climbed the stairs to heaven with his brothers, and never looked back. (sorry if there are grammar errors or if its hard to follow, if you liked it, leave a like and comment. Feel free to give constructive criticism, don't be an ass hole)
It’s also relatable in Destiny 2 comp when you don’t have your super or heavy but the enemy is charging towards you and your teammates are all dead and the enemy team has all of their supers
Before death stood a mortal who has lost everything....and he grinned not because he would be getting his sould but because of all the souls that mortal was about to send his way.
The last knight was on his knees, beaten, dirtied, wounded by an arrow and his will began to fade, he saw around him blood and death, he began to close his eyes to accept death, he then opened them to show his resistance against the grim reaper, he would not give up till he had killed atleast one of the enemy to show he had done something for his duty as a knight did not allow him to be dishonarable, he would fight for as long as his body allowed him to, as long as he was allowed by god to live he would not give up. He stood up with his resolution to die while fighting, he began to walk toward the enemy, he grabbed his sword with both hands and prepeared to throw it with all his might, The arc finishes and the blade is released, it falls short, he grabs a fellow knights sword and prepeares for death, he again begins walking, jogging, running, and in a final sprint he charges towards the enemy, the enemy ready their arms, they hear a shout loud enough to reach across the entire line of men, the knight throws his sword with the same arc as before and cuts two men, making them drop their weapons, he continues the charge, now for the sword to continue a proper fight, he grabs it but is stabbed by both sides, his strength fades as fast as the blood being lost from his body, he throws his sword to the left and kills the soldier, his vision fades, his strength is almost gone, his time almost up, as his last words he proudly shouts "DEUS VULT" to signal the end of his time here, god has willed his death, and he will accept it. He flops to his knees and slowly falls to the ground, nobody remembers his tale but he was a true example of a knight, he will not be remembered or talked about but he had achieved something few knights had, he has fallen not as a coward and a weakling but as a man of great virtue , valour and bravery.

What worth is existing if you exist for all the wrong reasons? What’s the point of valuing yourself if you value comfort and fear above morality? Fight until you fall.
"Two mobile suits faced each other across the wreckage of a space battlefield: A Zaku II and a state-of-the art Gundam. "Give up, its over. All your teammates are dead." "Not a chance, we're evenly matched" "How the hell are we evenly matched?!" "I have a beam axe, you have a beam saber. And we both have beam rifles." The Gundam pilot paused for a moment, then snickered, which turned into a chuckle, and then into upracious laughter. He laughed so hard he closed his eyes, and his laughter drowned out the sound of an igniting thruster, as the last message the Gundam would ever receive played through the comlink: "Oh, and I also have this rocket launcher."
This could be kind of accurate given that, by what we can see, this knight has the albanian eagle on his back, so we can assume he's from Albania, and, if we look through Albania's history, we can see there's mainly 1 "war" (series of wars) that show the albanians outnumbered massively but they still managed to inflict a large amount of casualties to the enemy, so, could we deduce maybe that they are ottomans? Because, if we look in Wikipedia, the numbers went something like this: Forces: -Albania: 8.000-10.000 -Ottoman Empire: ca. 200.000 Casualties (Any wounded/dead) -Albania: 15.900 -Ottoman Empire: 192.000 Even though outnumbered 2000-1, they managed to kill/wound 96% of the initial number of ottoman soldiers. My respects Sources: "Albanian-Turkish Wars (1432-1479)" Wikipedia
Ya man Albania soldiers were well disciplined to were that soldier wold take that arrow out of his chest and find the archer that shot it and put it in his head while fighting everyone else
The Executioner: "death comes for us all, yo cannot stop it, cannot fight i, cannot defy it- not even for a just cause; Give up." The Soldier:" I have fought in spite of it before and have seen men defy her, if only for a moment. I am familiar with her and she does not come to me this day."
And he, with a war cry that would frighten even the last of the thousands of soldiers who were in front of him, rose from the corpses of his friends, his brothers, leaned on his sword, all his wounds were bleeding anger, he was the last one standing ...
Kick us down, demean us , back us into a corner never underestimate human willpower we get back up a fight harder than before and we keep fighting til we are the last one standing

Here's the legend of the knight who never gave up An arrow in his side, an army of 8000 approaching. His comrades were dead at his feet, as he struggled to get up he falls but he eventually got back up. The army was getting closer he raised his blade and ripped out the arrow. He charged the army on his own the archers fired he had 5 arrows through his body, but he kept pushing as he charged the army he was stabbed by 3 swords. He could see the enemy commander he lifted his sword and threw it. He was then stabbed clean through his final sight was his sword going through the commander's heart. He smiled and he joined his comrades in the afterlife. No one knows who this knight was but they do know he was The Last One Standing
Dimitri was never a pious man. he fought valiantly in ever campaign he and his Masonic Order brethren had been apart of. but now he found himself wounded on the battlefield; his life essence dripping down his tabard and his brethren slain around him in much the same manner, arrows protruding from their backs. he knew not what the Agatha Knights would do to him once they rode up to meet him, but he rose to a shaky stand; holding his sword one-handed before him and clasping at his side with his other, snapping the arrow shaft that stuck from there. he would not die this day, not as a coward, but as a man. he would not join his comrades in Hell until the last breath left his body, and as the vultures circled over his head; Dimitri grinned a bloody grin behind his Sugar Loaf helm's visor. "idi za mnoy, sobaki Agaty."
Lavier stood there, the Battlefield Reaper, The Expendable that Lived, The Living Remnant. In the end , he was cursed by both enemy and his country, as well as feared by both. How could this man who had lived through a massacre , several skirmishes and lose so much still be standing where there were better men and women that had died on the field? Lavier held the answer, but they wouldn't like it. His country was betrayed, their best slain by that man and Lavier would not rest, could not rest till that man and the revived hordes of his own nation's armies could be put to rest. His enemy had been a nightmare given form, his nation now in the thrall of fear that they now had to cut down the very champions that they had sent to save them. What they needed now ...was no champion, but death's will , to give back to him what was forcefully ripped from him and so the Reaper had his due. So Lavier battle after battle cut down resurrected friends , caring not what held him, what wounds met him , until he saw her , the very one who told him to live, to fight and it filled him with anger. The anger that even her death her rest had been defiled and he could only fight with that much fervor. The one known as the Tyrant Thunder King knew of this man, the one that defied his death, defied a Tyrant's constant need for resolution the only means of resistance came from a man that had been once just hiding under a corpse of a girl, an innocent in a massacre that was so long ago, yet burned so freshly in the man's one good red eye. The betrayer came to the field , arrogant in his thought he could put fear into his former compatriot, what he was met with was a barrage of sword strikes that broke his sword and the bones up to his lower arms. He could only gasp as his own shards of his sword pierced his throat. betrayed by his own sword , and if in some dramatic irony he fell on what was left. Lavier moved forward and in one deft stroke fell his former leader as she tried to move and under orders tried to psychologically scar him. But he was far gone in his rage and now the fire of a passion running rampant would meet the Thunder of a false King.

In the lions den,
The blood is sinking in.
See the sweat on the flesh
Hear the whisper of death
The vultures are circling.
Lift the iron gate.
Seal a new souls fate.
Feel the chill in your bones,
See the violence of thrones
Another dead man is dragged away.
BRIDGE:
Gone without a word to say.
Gone, won't see another day.
Gone, if they should come my way...
CHORUS:
I'll be the last one standing!
When the battle's done,
I'll be the last one standing,
Yeah, you can let them come.

VERSE 2:
I never close my eyes.
I never am surprised.
Hear the step
Hold my breath

To the grave
I fight to the very end.

The Wonderfully Made Jaraid its a great game
he sits there, on his knees as he looks at the approaching army. they numbered in the thousands, armored knights on horses, 8 ft Goliaths, and countless men-at-arms. they went on forever, while he was only one. his army - his comrades - has been slaughtered by a rain of arrows, which had punctured their armor. he had survived, with only an arrow in his shoulder. he grimaced at the other army, and ripped the arrow out, tossing it aside. he was no small man, not a weak one either, and yet he grimaced as he shoved himself to his feet, grabbing his massive sword and tower shield. he'd rather be cut down than die like a coward on this field, letting the enemy past on their march towards his king. he took one step forward, and watched as a few of the enemy looked towards him and laughed. he coughed, and went down on one knee as his strength failed him for but a moment, and began pushing himself up when he heard someone beside him.
"My dear, do you truly wish to do this?"
he looked beside him, and saw a knight in gold, light radiating from them. the knight looked down at him, waiting for a response.
"I.. cannot let them get to my king."
the golden knight nodded, and held out their hand
"Then take my hand, and i shall give you your strength back."
he clasped their hand in his, and felt his strength return. he then looked down, and saw that he looked like the golden knight now, 7 feet tall, and clad in golden armor. he got to his feet again, and grinned. he took two running steps, and on the last one, he launched himself at the enemies, his launch creating a shockwave as he left the ground. he put his shield infront of him, and smashed into the enemy ranks, the men-at-arms infront of him crumpling like paper as he gained his footing and began slashing with his sword, his strength allowing it not only to cut flesh, but to crush armor like plastic. he slashed and thrust, cut and crushed, carving his way through enemy after enemy. they stood back, fear in their eyes as he cut through them like a hot knife through butter. when he couldnt move his sword enough to cut, he sheathed it, and smashed apart armor and people alike with his fists, a brutal storm of rage and strength, unstoppable. he could see the enemy king in the middle of the horde, trying to run from the golden death in his army. as grinned at the sight of the king, who had foolishly come with the horde, and he smashed, cut, thrust and crushed with renewed fury and power. only after he had made every warrior fall to the ground in death could he reach the king, and as he did, the coward begged.
"P-please! I'll give you anything! J-just s-spare me!"
"I shall give no mercy to those that defy and attempt to kill my king and my country."
the king's eyes widened at the goldenclad's knights voice, filled with rage. as the king turned to flee, the knight brought his sword down in one brutal, final strike. the crown of the enemy fell to the ground, cut cleanly in two. the knight then fell to one knee as the rage of battle subsided, and looked around him. he saw nothing but death, and realized - he had singlehandedly saved his nation, despite the deaths of his comrades. then, he felt the dull pain of several broken sword blades that had broken off in his armor, and the sharp pain of an arrow that had pierced his eye joined the other pains and aches. the golden knight stood infront of him, and crouched so they were eye to eye, and took of their helmet. white hair fell out, falling to her waist as she smiled softly at the knight, her golden armor putting a soft glow on her face as she put a hand on his head, her touch soft.
"You did well, Knight. You may close your eyes if you wish to."
he nodded, and closed his eyes. she caught him before he could fall, and lowered him gently to the ground, and put a hand over his heart. she felt nothing, and watched as his spirit separated from his body. she held her hand put to him once more, and smiled softly again. he smiled back, and took it, and together they left the field of battle behind.

When I heard this song for the first time I instantly though of the white death , the single soldier who defended Finland from the Russian army getting over 500 confirmed kills more that couldn't be counted but its estimated he killed 1,500 the russians were so scared that when the white death got spotted they called artillery barrage to where he was ,but the Finland sniper stood there defending his home land until his last breath,he made the Russian army retreat
He did all that with iron sight at more than 500 meters
Yes, his name was simo häyha or something like this, he survived
What a chad
A man who I can respect
Yes, Simo Häyhä has the highest comfirmed death count in history, using iron sights against enemies with telecopes (not counting the incident he used a submachine gun). While he was heavily wounded right before the Winter War ended in 1940, he lived to 97, like a boss.
He survived it by the way
My tale is not one of a hero, but one of a beast.
That's deep
@Goofy ahh dingle funny you should say that because the last song i listen had the same comment about hero legend and myth
Woaaahhh and by listening this, every man was ready to rock
I’m taking this
"A man with nothing to lose cannot lose his dignity."

The last stand
Listening to your music is like embarking on a soulful voyage through the landscapes of my own emotions. It weaves a melodic narrative that speaks directly to my heart, evoking memories and feelings I thought I had forgotten. Your music is a timeless vessel that carries me to moments of profound significance.
after the volley of arrows, the blue army had thought they had won, until a lone knight rose from the pile of dead red soldiers.

Lift the iron gate
Seal a new soul’s fate
Feel the chill in your bones

"Two mobile suits faced each other across the wreckage of a space battlefield: A Zaku II and a state-of-the art Gundam.
"Give up, its over. All your teammates are dead."
"Not a chance, we're evenly matched"
"How the hell are we evenly matched?!"
"I have a beam axe, you have a beam saber. And we both have beam rifles."
The Gundam pilot paused for a moment, then snickered, which turned into a chuckle, and then into upracious laughter. He laughed so hard he closed his eyes, and his laughter drowned out the sound of an igniting thruster, as the last message the Gundam would ever receive played through the comlink:
"Oh, and I also have this rocket launcher."
The king comes out "your the last one, surrounded by death. Give up."

There is two of us and they have one army, last I checked two beats one.
I LOVE IT when the song utself is one big clue and you've got to figure out what they're singing about!!!!
Because, if we look in Wikipedia, the numbers went something like this:
Forces:
-Albania: 8.000-10.000
-Ottoman Empire: ca. 200.000
Casualties (Any wounded/dead)
-Albania: 15.900
-Ottoman Empire: 192.000
Even though outnumbered 2000-1, they managed to kill/wound 96% of the initial number of ottoman soldiers.
My respects

An arrow in his side, an army of 8000 approaching. No one knows who this knight was but they do know he was
The Last One Standing

love it and very meaning full
