Is there any way to do the intermediate mannish boy with a different hand position? My hands are so small that it isn't difficult, but impossible. My thumb is a full inch away from being able to mute the e string no matter how I move around while still fretting the other notes with my other fingers. Or do I just need a smaller guitar?
