@@el_primer_y_el_ultimo_caiman I've discovered so many of my favorite games by their killer soundtracks. Like, I think I get it. It's a song about how things change when people team up, and this theme goes even deeper when you try to sing it and realise that the chorus can't be sung by a single person. There's two voices, and they're different voices, but they're the same person singing. We're all facets of one another and because we have this connection we can become something that's greater than the sum of its parts. Our differences empower us because they give us ground we can cross to reach each other, like idk, I just think the song is really good and says something deep and primal
T-T you moved my heart my friend this song definitely does that fully and utterly I mean the whole soundtrack does it but this one is definitely the show of sun of parts
This is a really cool disection of the song itself, but the context is literally just that this only plays when the player is fighting a rogue fusion, which is meant to be beaten by fusing with your own partner lol
I also feel like it's about how most issues in the world are polar, about people taking sides and getting increasingly hating of the other group, leading to a complete lack of development. When people from two different sides decide to come together for the good of humanity, something beautiful happens.

@@randomfox2941 I agree. On top of being fun with unique mechanics. The type advantage things are so cool. It's much more than just "you do extra damage to this type"
Probably because when you get into rouge fusion encounters, you’re gonna beat the stuffing out of everything trying to get the fusion to unfuse with your own fusion. Not that it’s a bad thing, you get to jam out to this song, and you get to weaken the major threat. (Oh also, if you haven’t already and are confident in your skills, I recommend setting the Level Scaling and AI Smartness up high. It makes the game really fun to play. It also helps with grinding a little since everything will be scaled up to your level, so more exp)
@@NitroIndigo It’s in the options under the gameplay section. You can set some other things there, but the two major ones are Level Scaling and AI Smartness. Level Scaling can be set to either have enemies higher level than you be scaled down to your level, or other way around, where enemies lower level than you be bumped up higher than the usual. Though it’s on a scale, so you can make it so that you’re either never gonna be underleveled in a fight or you’ll won’t be overleveled ever. You can also turn off Level Scaling altogether if that doesn’t matter to you by just scaling it back as far as it goes. AI Smartness makes it so that either all enemies are prone to making stupid moves in fights (dumbed down), only wild enemies are prone to making stupid moves with bosses and other humans being competent in their moves (default), or all enemies, boss or not, attempt to make the best move that they are able to do on that turn (smartest).
And just because these settings are turned up, doesn’t mean the game is unplayable. If you’re good at the game’s mechanics, you can still win just about every fight.
I only need to fuse if there's a Bootleg involved (or I want to record for other reasons). Otherwise Random Starter nonsense just erases the enemy before they even get a turn.
