I use tcn4s for an oven with 2 heaters using ssr. I have tried to replace the thermocouple but the measurement results when the temperature is hot are way off. I have reset and tuned pid. Is there anything wrong or missing in what I did to get it back to normal?
The difference between the PV displayed value and the actual temperature is a problem on the temperature sensor side. Do the temperature sensor type used and the temperature controller settings[In-t] match? The PID value is not relevant to this issue.

So, it may take more than twice as long to reach the set value.
