A truly wonderful shot. It's a pleasure to watch a video like this. A perfect hit, a beautiful trophy and a wonderful hunting atmosphere. I'm giving a subscription, sir
Great video guys!! I love seeing a family hunting together. I grew up following my Dad quail, duck and deer hunting. I now go elk hunting every year in Montana, each time, I remember my Dad always wanting to go hunting in Montana, he never made it due to cancer, but the memories of all we did together are still very much alive and with me as I head into the mountains. Keep up the great work and keep pressing forward!
Congrats on a nice first bull!!! For me that bull would be nice anytime!! Awesome video beautiful country. I loved the view when y’all were walking down the hill to the bull with the mountains in the background.
Yall said it would likely be a 3 day pack out. I’d love to know the distance and elevation yall have to travel as well as the gear weight. Just curious for comparison of what my friends and I do in Idaho. Also, have yall done a “gear dump” video? Love your videos! Great work!
Hey man thanks for the comment. It was approximately a 8-9 mile pack out and about 3000 ft in total elevation gain. I did a gear dump video a few years back but a lot of my stuff has changed since that time. I’m hoping to do another gear dump video soon but I’m not sure if it will be before elk season kicks off. Thanks for watching!
@@heavyhunts Just curious, did you guys use a laser RF that accounts for angle of the shot? When the distance of 391 was called, I was thinking, no dial 375, but your point of impact looked good. I've got a custom 30 Nosler too, it shoots Berger 210's around 3070....very impressive cartridge. Great hunt!
I bought preference points for years trying to hunt wyoming but they've jacked the prices up so much I cut my losses, hunting is turning into a rich man's game
That was the only buck we saw on the trip. And a group of 4 doe the day prior. We only really spent about 2 days actually looking for animals though. The rest of the time we were packing meat!
That’s what it is all about. Brian is smiling the entire hunt.

There seems to be allot of redacted audio. Copy right stuff i assume. Good video otherwise.
