Not warnings or suspensions, Because "suppressing uppity" is a concept in their toolkit.
If you watch the speech by one of the expelled .. I can't remember if his last name is Jones .. the dude with the big afro, talk after being talked-down to by his legislative colleagues, he's making the point that you know it's not appropriate to be talked to by anyone in the way that they were now being talked to, during this expulsion process.
So to me it really feels like it's a civil rights issue masquerading as an intolerance and a desire to hyper fixate on black men.

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear said Elliott was one of his closest friends. "Tommy Elliot helped me … to become governor," Mr Beshear said at Monday’s news conference.

When you consider that 100 million people have been killed by their own government just in the last century, and that one of the primary things that the second amendment does this, tries to prevent the government from rounding up people, and putting them in prison and killing them, which they’ve already started to do in some cases in this country, where you see somebody get four years in jail without due process for protesting a election, he believes was crooked, we absolutely need the second amendment now more than ever.
Just because the Chinese and the Russians and the Germans and the Japanese et al. Kill people in concentration camps instead of in the light of day, is no reason to ignore this primary source of murder.

What constitutional argument can you reference about the US Constitution in regards to Trump's extra-marital affair and personal tax issues?
      For the record...
      1. The inner cities like Nashville and Memphis have the highest crime rates. Unregistered gun owners.
      2. The culprit of the school shooting was a transgender female. Why is this a taboo?
      3. Both representatives were in Congress, why didn't they just introduce and draw up a Bill to address Gun Reform?

Their representatives tried to speak for their constituents and their microphones were turned off - they were literally silenced - so a protester handed them a megaphone. No one was attacked, no one tried to overthrow the government, no one wore masks, body armor and semiautomatic rifles unlike in Michigan. The laws the T3 voted against were going to put more guns in schools. This is just fascism - negating the ability of opponents to speak - and with fascism, a nice helping of racism is traditional.
