I love these kind of interviews cuz I'm sure people mistake these guys for gigantic ass holes because of their lyrics and their musical style but these interviews really show how nice of guys they actually are
I dig Lee's shin piece a lot. After I got my whole shin done last year I think its one of the dopest looking spots on the body to have a tattoo, probably because it hurt SO bad.
Totally agree with CJ on the tattooed girl part! My girlfriend is heavily tattooed as am I :) Love Thy Art, seem them twice, kickass musicianship all round and best mosh pits!
When I first saw this, Lee's butt tattoo made me feel confused... Now I'm back here after seeing the band live several times, I bursted out laughing. XD
Haha, thats awesome, i saw them live couple of days ago, CJ looks completely different now, he has no more tunnels, long hair, big beard, just like a "typical metalhead" :D
"A lot of people will give you that stigma of biker, gang member, drug dealer, been to jail. All of these certain things but at the end of the day i think i'd have trouble trusting somebody that wore a suit and had no tattoos, rather than somebody, man or women, that had tattoos, because i feel that people that have tattoos are artistic and they express themselves with art and different things..."
Anyone can write to me the question and the answer when CJ is talking about Argentina and south america? It is hard for me because I do not really understand the accent :)
Q: Did you ever have any awkward moments, like being tattooed, with your tattoos in public? [he was asking if there were any awkward moments that happened because they were heavily tattooed and out in the public] A: I think for me, when I got my neck done, I got my parents done [tattooed] when I was in Argentina. Like about 2 years ago. And because I was foreign and I was twice as tall as everybody else, with light colored eyes, with neck tattoos, walking around the streets, it just attracted a lot of attention so, um, I still think I would have attracted the same amount of attention, regardless [of] if I had my neck done, but um, it definitely, like, definitely caught the eye of a lot of people and I had a few instances whilst being in South America with people shooting at us and stuff already. so as soon as, like, I saw people follow, or look weird - straight in a cab, straight back to where we were staying and just... so that, that for me was a little bit, a little bit hard
to think that some accents are hard to understand is not stupid, they are. take somebody that doesn't speak english well at all, and drop them in Louisiana. Then tell me the same thing...
nothin', i'm just saying the music in a video should be a popular song by the band you're interviewing, it does make more sense if you think about it haha
Australia, the place were the underground music scene is is 5 times better then the mainstream and all drinking enthusiasts are welcome
I like taddoos.
You like tadoos, like.. Cool tadoos.. Like.. Ya know
2:55
Why?
Just why?
CJ looks like an hardcore version of Lars Ulrich
WAS JUST ABOUT TO SAY THE SAME FUCKING THING!!!
I love these kind of interviews cuz I'm sure people mistake these guys for gigantic ass holes because of their lyrics and their musical style but these interviews really show how nice of guys they actually are
Jackson King how does their music style and lyrics make them seem like assholes...
It's so strange seeing CJ with shorter hair 😲 haha. I met him a few weeks ago after a gig, and he was the nicest guy. He's got a cool personality
+Sophie O'Donnell too bad he left :(
***** I still got to see him perform 3 times, and meet him. So I can deal with it.
Ikr? This is the only interview I've seen with CJ having short hair
AGAIN
Sophie O'Donnell "personality" is code for Weiner 😉
This is one of my favorite interviews by far. CJ and Lee seem so dope, Lee seems like a homie I had from my hometown.
Lee isn't an alcoholic he is an alcohol enthusiast. THE DIFFERENCE.
taddoos m8 taddoos
I'm so happy these guys are getting some recognition
dudes got some skinny ass legs for a metal drummer
as long as he keep his speed and his brutal double kick , who cares about his legs ahah
perfect example of how important a drummer's technique is, rather than his size or weight :b
..
.
Georg Kasper I think what he meant was you'd think he'd have bigger legs from the workout that he gets from drumming
I like your tattoos 🤘🤘👌👌👌👍👍 and keep making more song 💪💪
Yess!! Thank you
I got so much respect for this band
Man, you could grab a few beers with CJ and just hear him talk for hours. Cool dude.
Respect to the way CJ thinks about society and tattoos!

I dig Lee's shin piece a lot. After I got my whole shin done last year I think its one of the dopest looking spots on the body to have a tattoo, probably because it hurt SO bad.

We wanna know what their tattoos mean, not what they think about the stigma associated with tattoos.
1:42 Is that Paul Seidel?
Totally agree with CJ on the tattooed girl part! My girlfriend is heavily tattooed as am I :) Love Thy Art, seem them twice, kickass musicianship all round and best mosh pits!

How can you not understand an accent? He's still speaking english. Are you stupid or are you deaf?
to think that some accents are hard to understand is not stupid, they are. take somebody that doesn't speak english well at all, and drop them in Louisiana. Then tell me the same thing...
