Hi Beth! Thank you so much! This is lovely, I appreciate your tuning in and leaving this lovely comment too. Hope you've been getting some good stitching / crafting time this season!
I think I missed Amy on your latest videos! I will catch up! I've been thinking of you guys because I was watching Stitcher's Hollow and realized I need to get back to my LOTR stitching.
Your finishes are fantastic! I always enjoy seeing them! I am not a butterfly girl, but the Monarchs you shared are all beautiful! I am looking forward to more about your garden! I am not currently in a position to grow things, so your talk helps to enjoy the garden from your perspective! I am really glad that you're growing Zinnias and I can't wait to hear more about them! I do believe that if I ever have the opportunity to garden again, that I will mimic your approach! Thank you for always opening my mind to new ideas! 💝
Hello dear! Thank you so much! I bet you could do a pot of zinnias indoors if you have a sunny window. Although I don't know how Angel would cope with that 🙄🤣
Hi Nitya! Those carrots are so cute! Really enjoyed the inclusion of books- added new books to my library requests, which is always a good thing. It’s been a pleasure following along with your garden adventures. I am not a huge butterfly person, but Monarch butterflies have always delighted me. I had the pleasure of visiting a really famous grove where Monarchs clutch- it was absolutely amazing. Thank you, as ever, for sharing your stitching! Your colors are always so pretty and inspiring. Happy July!
Yay Meg, let me know what you think about those reads. I would love to see monarchs clutch, that must have been an incredible sight. Hope you've been getting some good stitchy time. Happy fall stitching! 🍁♥
So happy to finally catch up with you today - you popped up in my queue to watch later. I was able to get a little stitching on a piece for a swap while watching. You have worked on so many pieces since last time, I love seeing all your projects. I will definitely have to find the Ark book for future reading. It’s great to see your garden doing so well! Hopefully we will get to visit later this week. 😊
@@DaybreakStitchery I hope so! It won't be on a weekday - work, work, work 😆 - but maybe I can schedule a couple of weekends before the end of the year?
Hi Nitya! I was stitching on the Femurs and Fungi SAL while watching this, and loved seeing all your stitching and hearing about your garden. What a transformation you've made to the garden! Love the effort you're putting into native plants as well. So much beautiful stitching as well! The Menagerie pattern is one I have in my stash but haven't started yet. Someday! I haven't seen many people stitching it, so I'm looking forward to seeing your progress on yours. The mention of residential schools reminded me of an article I read recently that talked about a school in Arizona expelling Native students (in 2019!) for participating in an Apache ceremony. A third student was given a warning and ended up not having her own ceremony because she worried about it affecting her chances of going to college, and the whole experience had a big impact on how she connected with her culture. It was maddening to read.
I know. Just when you think you've heard something despicable there's another situation right around the corner! Thanks for tuning in Danielle! I am SO curious to see what you will eventually do with Menagerie. Your color picks always are intriguing. And I think you've since finished Femurs and Fungi, or at least kept up with it, does that sound right?
I loved the quote about beading you read out, it reminds me of the relationship Palestinians have with Tatreez. Also when you said every time of the year feels like soccer season I really felt that 😂
I know I mentioned before how special monarchs are to me and I finally have a monarch to stitch! I’ve been slowly converting my front yard to a pollinator and herb garden but it was a bummer this year with heat and water restrictions. I also just didn’t have the energy to dig out/expand the beds. But I’m seeing some other butterflies visit still
I love hearing about people's gardens. Do you feel like you saw a lot of monarchs in general this year? I saw much fewer than last year. Excited to see how your monarch stitching comes along!
I've heard about you on Mariam's channel, and I finally got to you in my list of flosstube to watch. I really enjoyed your video and all the books you mentioned. You have some beautiful projects.
So many pretty projects. I love your color choices for one dozen quaker
So excited to start Sarah’s pattern soon 😍
Thanks for sharing your stitching and garden. So lovely to see both.

Loved watching. The strawberry and monarch finishes were beautiful, also the other monarch patterns you shared are beautiful.
Thank you Tara! Thanks for tuning in!
Tara, are you on Instagram? I'm sending the Strawberry Lemonade Spool pattern your way if you'd like it! I need to get your address.
I love your monarch! I don’t have that one yet. Also yes it was the Megans (us) who had Amy on our channel! She’s joining us again this month 👀

Hi Donna, thanks for tuning in! Love those monarchs.
Love all of your projects! I super enjoyed the garden chat, and am going to see if I can get my hands on that ARK book.
Ah thank you! I loved the tone of ARK, and it has beautiful illustrations inside too!
good luck with all your plants.
Thanks Anita! I'm behind on your Flosstubes! Catching up soon!
