  • This is a video of highlights from the Sept. 19, 1965 American Football League game between the Boston Patriots and the Houston Oilers at Rice Stadium, won by Houston, 31-10.
It is from the Oilers' 1965 highlight film.
The Patriots fell to 0-2 in their first road game of the season. Boston led, 10-7, in the second quarter after Jim Nance bulled over from the 1-yard line. But George Blanda hit Charley Frazier (2) and Willie Frazier with touchdown passes, and Ode Burrell ran one in from 43 yards out in Houston's triumph.
I don't know who currently has the copyright on this. I don't claim the rights to, and don't profit from, this video. I just posted it for historical and educational purposes, and for those who will enjoy it as much as I did.

Glad the Olier film is back. Used to watch it in 2022 but it got deleted.
