It will reach more audience, in other words more audience will prefer to watch it.
As people from states of southern india and eastern india cannot understand Hindi.
And u will lose that side of viewers which I believe is not a small number.

You can get started without gst, and later when you started getting payments in lakhs you can worry about this.
But yeah after a point GST is required!
