As I got LOI from Capgemini on 9th Feb 2022 and got DOJ on 3rd March but as per my mistake I sent them my experience resume as per the resume.
HR called me and asked that you are on notice period so we can't give DOJ right now so please submit Reliving Letter and I submitted my Reliving Letter on 24th March 2022 but still now no any update will get joining waiting for the same since last 67 days.
Should wait for the same.

Please take clear confirmation from them. This mail sounds a mit negative and unclear. Ask them straight what they mean and if they will ever get back or not.

while accepting LOI the location preference column was not visible to me in the superset, and I accepted LOI on feb 25 still no updates.
Capgemini does not give loc preferences to freshers. Completely depends on their business requirements
in my case i was having location choosing options as i just rearrange the cities out of 5. via superset only..

No org promises an employee their preferred loc. If you get it you're lucky but if not, you need to join where they have sent you, if you want to join that org. Else you an look for jobs in other orgs who will give you your preferred loc

Generally the pass percentage considered is 60% so it can create an issue. But sometimes, Capgemini takes cutoff of 55%.

I have got selected in capgemini and i received offer letter and doj too but i was supposed to confirm my doj with time deadlineof one hour. I missed the mail and i replied the mail after deadline,after few followup i received mail from hr to wait for new joining date. If you have received the doj then you need to fill it. Else leave it blank. No issues

Hi I've accepted the LOI and got Doj as 5th may but my lwd at my current organization is so i marked a mail to the hr that i can't join that DOJ, and received a reply from them that I'll get new DOJ in this month. Will it take more time for the new DOJ? IF Yes, how much time it would take.
Take continuous follow ups and try to get your new doj soon. As this is a case of lateral entry, it's just a shift of doj and does not need to wait for a batch. So this shouldn't take much time

I was interviewed on 26th may for the job role of service desk associate. On 6th June I received the Letter Of Intent. While uploading my documents to the portal I absolutely forgot to follow the nomenclature(FirstName LastName DocumentName). The documents provided are completely genuine and are clearly visible for verification. Is this going to cause any trouble?

Hello sis I got on loi but in that there is no location preference and no signed documents like court report problem are not there option to uploading of documents will I get date of joining? And in my superset account it's shows accepted And is court report problem is mandatory to opload??
Loc preference is not given to freshers. The docs might come in later. Firstly, accept the loi and these things will eventually be opened up for you

Many orgs do not send rejection mails. It's been a lot of time. Please look for new opportunities

I have received my doj in capgemini but within 5 pm I need to accept the offer but after 5pm only I saw the mail and accepted the offer then hr call me she told me that you can join in the upcoming batches. Whether they will send a doj again or not because already 13 days got over. Yesterday also I contact the HR she told that As said earlier also, as joining is totally depended on business demand, we cannot assure any date. As per business demand you will receive your next DOJ.can I expect my date of joining mail in June month.
This is not a situation to worry about. They are waiting for a similar batch to start. Please be on regular connect with your HR. Also, in the background, continue with the interviews of other orgs. Keep this one as plan B

Try uploading the marksheets individually. That is required. Doj can get delayed if you do not provide it

Nothing just wait for your result. If you got selected you will receive the mail from company within 1 or 2 month.
Absolutely correct. They just gave you a feedback. It doesn't hint anything. And yes, if you get selected they will communicate back

I got my loi yesterday and i had submitted my 10 , 12 marksheets, a gov id proof and a photograph as all have * sign which means it's mandatory but ma'am in graduation marksheets there was no * sign so i haven't upload them and accepted my loi.
