- STUNNED! We're the FIRST to see this TREASURE in 115 years! VALUABLE Antique Alabama History!
This week James, My wife( Miranda ) and I head out to our best dig site we've ever found! Finding rare antique bottles can be difficult so imagine our surprise when we uncover a hoard of valuable glass! We can hardly contain our excitement on this adventure!

I’m Scottish but I love watching Americans bottle digging! Loving your channel mate 👍🇬🇧
I am an American who loved Dirty Secrets of Scotland bottle digging.
That jug at the first of the show would have been a beauty! Great dig, wonderful pieces of history!
You betcha, mostly whole works just fine from where I'm sitting!---The new editing makes these digs extra watchable. It would be greatly appreciated if you continued this style!
Thank you Brandon and crew for the adventure and seeing some amazing finds !
Elephant 🐘 bottles are so cool!! Great job this week cant wait till next weeks video. The boys will enjoy this when they get home from school!!
Great videos showing how you dig, what the bottle is and what it looks like after tumbling! These are great videos as always!!👍👍👍👍
I really enjoy seeing the cleaned bottle during the dig. Nice editing.
Awesome finds...so glad you can save the bottom part for glasses...beautiful...🥰🥰
Vancouver loves watching all your finds, with your family!
Great finds on those Hutches, that dump is a treasure trove. Maybe yall will find a Coke Hutch there, keep them coming
I like how you cut to the cleaned up bottles with more info right after they are found. 👍🏻
Figured we would mix the format up a bit!
Me, too!
Good showing the bottle clean as you went along in the Video!!.
Great finds!
I love the history behind some of those bottles. Someone once upon a time thought those things were trash and they disposed of them, now they're worth hundreds if not thousands! That's my excuse for keeping all that junk from my high school years, some day those curled up track cleats could be worth a fortune! Right? Fingers crossed...
Wow the Red Cross bottle is awesome.
Brandon , this video I kept saying WOW with all the elephant hutches . Great job !
Awesome finds guys! I missed the dig videos!
Loving the digging and saving of all that beautiful old glass!
There has to be one on there somewhere!
Nice going and keep it up 👌
Thank you for another great video!
Great video today and awesome finds. Congratulations on all those unusual finds
This was a fabulous haul, congratulations my friend ❤🎉😊
I just love going bottle hunting!❤❤ I really enjoy seeing the bottles after a little cleaning and tumbling.
All this mud might be a good use for all those "free-range lone wolf" missing socks from the laundry. Those unpaired socks that you can't quite get rid of? They make great rags for storing bottles in and are great for cleaning bottles off. Easy to wash and reuse or trash and forget about! Glad you guys weren't having to rent dive equipment to go bottle hunting!❤❤❤
Definitely wear “bottle digging” clothes haha! We have certain clothes we wear that we know will be ruined!
The elephant logo is so cute!
The kitty is even cuter 😍
Great finds, as always. Your enthusiasm is half the fun though.
Also I appreciate your editing. Your videos are always easy to follow and informative.
You had me rolling 😂, when you said, i guess you think everybody that lives in Alabama has one tooth.
And we all marry our cousins and quit school in the 5th grade . ( yes I live in Alabama ) .
Try living in west Virginia..🙄😜
As always you make my Friday. Thank you😊
Impressive bottles after you clean them up. Loved the joke, great adventure.
"Herd of Elephants" indeed! 😉♥
Congrats on another awesome day of digging! A lot of very unique bottles on this one. Awesome!

The shoe polish is gorgeous, Brandon. And I love the hutches! Your upcycling of the broken bottles is very cool.❤

Y’all found a whole herd of elephants! Great video!
The site polish bottle is gorgeous. I cannot believe how many Elephant Hutches are there 😮 great dig and great finds!!
Took me 12 years to find one now we’ve found a herd lol.

@@adventurearchaeology lol

nice work man, you efforts are appreciated, hopefully utube does too
Love seeing them cleaned up after finding.
I actually have one of those gilt edge dressing bottles complete with the can it screws into. They are very cool!
great stuff Aaron! you never know what you will find! the hutches were neat!
Great dig.✌❤
Got a herd of Hutches out of that hole!
Great hole!!!
Lol y'all cracked me up on the California tooth wash as a native Cali girl I promise there are plenty of toothless ( certain drugs rot teeth) Californians possibly more than all the south!!
You got some very cool finds this time. You should put that gold pan that is on your wall to good use.
That's the plan!
kool
Pop's here. I'm from the great lakes region of the country, and there are now solar powered bilge pumps available. That might help in evacuating water.
Good stuff
I’m going to snag one of those shot glasses! I love your videos! Thanks for sharing!
Well you know Tusksalosa in Alabama.
This was a great video!
Thank you!
Love the finds brother! Just got my first amber poison last week 💪
Nice day of digging!! What do those Elly Hutches go for? since a little more common. Common probably not the right word, like you said, they don't make anymore. c ya
They sell from $100-150 depending on the variant and condition.
@@adventurearchaeology I'll be in Birmingham for 1st time in a couple weeks! On way to PCB!
A ton of 🐘🐘🦣🦣
Very cool. I love the little medical bottles how much you want for your California one
I’ll have to watch back and see if we still have that bottle haha
Thanks for another awesome video abd finds. Keeps us motivated to continue researching and hopefully find a dump of our own to dig here in KS. Also appreciate the info on the tumbler. Wonder if you orany one else might have advice on which canisters to get? Obviously depends on the bottles to be cleaned. Mainly meds, sodas and a few whiskeys. Hopefully that list gres in the future 😂.
Variety is key with canisters. 4”,5” and even 6”. Also different styles of stopples. Check out Jade Doctors website at all of the options!
Brandon you should try to look into getting a hand operated pump, and try to pump some of that water out. Just a thought.
Water pours in at 10 gallons a minute. It’s pretty ridiculous. The fastest battery operated pump is 9 gallons a minute so it doesn’t help us sadly 😣
Okay, I know that you folks have more experience, but thanks for the reply.
Elephants galore!
hey how do you find these places to dig can you let me know
We have several how to videos be sure to check those out!
Did you know that the toothbrush was actually invented in Auburn? Anywhere else, it would have been called a teeth brush.
Do you have to get permission to dig? How do you find sites (without telling your secrets)? What does a bottle tumbler look like? I've only seen rock tumblers. How long have you been doing this? Did your Dad get you interested or did you get him interested?
You found some great ones. I really liked the detail work on that shoe polish one. I have to say it was pretty for shoe polish.
Braden, this maybe a dumb question but I want to know how you all get that Alabama red clay off your clothes before stepping one foot into the house. Do you hose each other off first 😅. I mean you can’t put all that mud stuck to your clothes into the washing machine or do you😅. This has been a question I’ve been wanting to ask for along time.
♥️♥️😊👍👍👍🌟
We change in the truck and throw our clothes over the porch hand rail when we get home and then break the garden hose out haha
@@adventurearchaeology Thanks Braden for the reply.
Being dirty like that is well worth it when your digging
♥️😊👍
What's the best book to buy to help with coke bottles I'm getting into collecting and starting digging this 1800's homestead and already found a old Dr pepper and few cokes. I watched your video on identifying coke bottles and it really helped but I wanted to dive in deeper and was just wondering if you had a good book to recommend? Thanks and love the videos!!
Nice jug
You found a bottle from camden arkansas in a recent video and i was wondering if you still have it?i live about an hour from there
It was damaged pretty badly and made its way to the recycle bin! Sorry!
😟that sucks
Brandon what’s your eBay store?
www.ebay.com/usr/adventurearchaeology
what is your ebay store called?
www.ebay.com/usr/adventurearchaeology
How much are they worth
Who buys these old bottles and do you make any money selling them what do you sell them online
Tell them you have 3 teeth 😂
All of that nasty water having to deal with. No way of using something to pump it out ? Like a sump pump of some kind to use ?? lol just asking cause I bet you all feel soaked.
The water table is that high so as fast as it’s pumped out it just fills back up.
@@adventurearchaeology oh that sucks for sure. Those hutches y’all found were awesome.
This place has got to be on the top of your list dump digs.....know it is mine!
Brandon, y'all need a little gas powered pump...
