6:49 Fun Fact: That is based off of a real frog. It's called a Suriname Toad. Instead of laying eggs in clusters held together by mucus, the eggs gestate under the frog's skin and burst out the back once they hatch. Unlike most other frogs, the Suriname Toad doesn't undergo metamorphosis from tadpole to adult, the offspring are fully formed when they hatch and they look like tiny versions of the adults.
@@yosoydave8521its a special skin layer that forms in the process it's actually better and easier than regular birth because the baby just pop out and that skin layer is removed
The way Adventure Time would introduce something random and frightening or unsettling and then circle back seasons later like they did with Finn and Shoko is what makes this show unmatched. They scare you with the Unknown and later familiarize you with it as the characters grow and change so that you might, too. The Only shows that come to mind with this level of self-referential sillyness mixed with self-awakening would be Sifl & Olly and Daria, shows I will happily rewatch every couple years until I turn to dust because there is always something to pick up on or something that recently became relevant to Me and my life. And don't get me started on the box tissue sales magnate that was Fionna and Cake ep. 2.
Literally I watched the whole 9 minute video of numerous different hilarious clips having nothing to do with America, and as soon as I saw the clip you're referring to torwards the end I was like "I know some foreigner who's hung up on America is gonna forget the whole 9 mins to obsessed or particularly and specifically mention THIS one" 💀💀💀
7:45 Jake was getting sucked into the tree witch's "bottomless bottom" as leverage for Finn to get the balding tree witch a lock of princess hair. He took Princess Gumball on a very rushed date to get a lock of hair from her and made spaghetti. He then told her to just "stick it in her mouth" to finish the date and get the lock of Gumball hair.
I don't really understand why either, which is funny since I thought very little of the video when I was editing it, besides it just being a fun way to pass the time. Pretty sure it wasn't even meant to be a video at first (explaining the subtitles). Kind of hard to remember considering it was a year ago. I vaguely remember actually saying I could remove the subtitles but for some reason they were kept in? I don't really know why. But the video is still pretty freaking funny and good lord what is this show.
7:46 it’s spaghetti someone told him to get princess hair and he was in a hurry and he brought spaghetti and told her to hurry up and eat it, so she’s like “ok fine”
2:04 Does the Adventure Time world even have just straight up werewolves? or does it only have "spin-offs" like why-wolves and hug-wolves? I wish I could ask the people behind the show if there are. But I guess I'll have to come up with my own headcanon on it for now.
I dont remember the entirety, nor if the whywolves had any further bearing on the episodes(I don't believe they did, I think they were just a one off" But basically. There's this town of people who are actual buildings, and this grass troll/giant is just being a general jerk and a bully. Finn and Jake take him (because good guys) and reform him. Turns out the jerk energy he released were the only things keeping away the why wolves and preventing them from eating the townsfolk (said info was actually stated by the whywolves) They then struggle a while, and finally make him a jerk again to fend off the whywolves. Also the troll/giant is the thing that said "you put on some pants!" And "I don't understand any of that" That's one of 3 episodes I can recall the majority of. The other 2 are what I believe is the first episode, the one which has the zombies and the "slumber party" and exploding starchy. And the one in which Finns trying to conquer his fear of the ocean. I remember that episode VERY VIVIDLY. Hell right now as I think, I can watch the part where that ghost pops from his belly button, and the scene where the shrimp tap at Finns helmet at the bottom of the sea when he finally wakes up
Thank you for reminding me how terrifying this show is without an with context😃 PD: I love when Jake just keeps eating the ice cream not listening to Finn about the danger and starting to eat more when Finn tries to stop him🤣
Since lumpy space princess, and pretty much everyone for that matter, only has 4 fingers, she's technically incapable of flipping the bird, as there needs to be an odd number of fingers, such as 3, 5, 7, 9 etc to have an actual middle finger
7:48 the context is basically finn forces pb to go on a date with him actually that context make it far more worse than before you see the reason because jake is taken hostage and to free him finn need to take pb hair, thats it lol. thats why he try to force date her
This blew up and I have no idea how or why but it's kind of hilarious. especially considering when I edited the video and wrote the subtitles, they WERE written primarily as a joke. In fact I was actually about to remove them in the final version but for some unknown reason that I've forgotten it was decided to keep them. I didn't quite get it either but they still crack me up mainly because of the inside jokes and stuff. But if there's ever a second one I edit, it'd likely not have the subtitles in it. Unless you guys actually liked them. Meh, I'm indifferent to it. Also what the hell is this show I haven't watched it fully yet.
