I never met you but I heard you singing. You have a beautiful voice. I am so proud of you and I wish you and your husband many blessed and joy years ahead for you and him together. Don't worry about those that stand in judgement of you because one day they might walk in the same shoes that you are walking in. The word of God said to judge no one unless you be judged. Shame on them for judging you. Hey I am so proud for you and your family. God has gotten greater things in store for you and your little family.
We have all been through things, made mistakes and situations were we can't make others change.We are not called to judge lest you be judged, it's the Lords' place alone. We are to love others as he has loved us. I met Sonya at the Charleston Civic Center years ago and the woman that I met was sweet, humble and hard pressed to accept the compliment that I paid her about how lovely she was. She's a beautiful woman with a God given talent that she's used to lift up the Lord and I'm happy for her.
For all those who are judging her because this is her 2nd marriage, I wouldn't talk because you don't know why her first marriage broke up. Just be glad that your marriage is still together and don't look down on others.
keep loving this wonderful talented woman and allow GOD to keep the both of you safe and protected.remember that NO weapon formed against you will ever prosper.I pray a hedge of protection around you both in JESUS' name A-men. I feel sorry for Christians who divorce. Some people in their comments looks like not reading the Bible what Jesus said about people who divorce their spouses and remarried.

I got thinkin about the judgmental comments in this column, and when it comes to the tongue, it's got the ability to slice, dice and chop all at the same time. The tongue can be an unruly weapon that can destroy one's own spiritual well-being, if not careful. So keep an eye on that tongue....... For judging of others is NOT of God...... She has no doubt put herself right with God - she is a new creation and the old has passed , the new has come. If God has forgiven her (and He does) who are you or any of us to argue with Him. The 'white gown for virginity ' is a man-made tradition anyway.

Meagan Hughes I’m a preacher’s daughter from the Mtns of Asheville, NC and one thing I’ve learned all these years is criticism will come; but I think the Bible pronounces a “Woe” on those that offend- my little preaching daddy taught us not to judge- God is Judge over-ALL, and we all have sinned, and still do sin, but.........God, in his loving kindness and tender mercies, FORGIVES- and not only does he forgive, but he throws our sins into the sea of God’s forgetfulness, never to be remembered against us anymore. Just thought I’d add a little more to what u said Meagan- and maybe that’ll hush up all those JUDGES out there!!! 👆✝️♥️

You must be joking Sanya, a white dress, you been married before hunny, the first time to Tim Surrett that was the Kingsmen Lead Singer switch with Jim Hammill, then Tim left the Isaacs and went back to the Kingsmen, This is what is rurning Gospel Music today.
And here we are 15 years later and they are still very happy with three beautiful children. I love Sonya and Jimmy so much.
