Hello sir. I know i'm commenting after a long time. I want to know if i can use this swtich for my 65 inch QD-LED TV? The TV operating volatage is 210-240 watts
You can definitely do that but have to choose the switch wattage & model accordingly
@@ItsMytake I've bought this exact model that you reviewed in the video - but 2 gang switch instead of 4. The specification of the model that i bought says Wattage: 1000 Watts and Current Rating 15 Amp. But the TV shows Votlage 240 Volts and Wattage 260 Watts. The socket that i bought has Operating Voltage 240 volts and Ratings 10A/20A. These numbers are confusing me on whether the 2 gang switch and socket will work with the TV or not. Sorry for the long questions. And thanks!

What is your take on connecting with Home Assistant? Can it be done?
Definitely that's the whole point , I am using it with google home
Also when power is off and on can the switch stay in last state? I. E. before power failure if it is in on state then after power resumes it should be in on state only or if it is in off state after power resumes it be in off state only.
yes you have option in app where you can choose which state switch gets after power failure .
Does inching function work on the app? Since I tried it but it didn’t work for me
I have not used it , but i guess it only works for solo control switches but not sure or may be a software glitch
Can you program the switches?
For example, I have a smart fan which doesn't respond from regulator, only from alexa, remote, or app
I want that on pressing the button on the panel it will send a message to alexa and alexa will increase/decrease the fan speed

you can directily tell alexa or google home to switch on or off the switch just like any other smart home appliance but no advance program possible in switch you can do it through google routines .

yes you can by going in timer function then selecting switch & choose inching function for that particular switch . in inching function you can set time after that time passes swatch will switch off automatically .

Well I have not purchased it as I have atomberg smart fans but I don't think you need separate switch

its just a touch no feedback , but you can hear a click each time you touch it due to the relay switching on n off.

yes i have connected atomberg fan too. Regarding the range it depends on your Wifi route not switch. but mostly u need router or access point in each room .

Sir they have mentioned many switches on their website with which these are compatible but i would suggest you ask them on amazon or their helpline for precise answer.
one question. I light indicator for turning off/on etc, can the indicator itself can be turned off??? Like when I have to sleep, I don't want to see either white light coming or blue or whatever. I want the indicators to be off. Is that possible? and if yes, can u make a video abt it and show??
Also if the indicators can be off only when the switch is off, is there a possibility in the app where I can keep the switch ON while turn the indicator off??
No that indicator can't be turned off
put a black tape on the iights. no one will notice the tapes.

1.. thankfully you dont get on off notifications.

both are different Wipro makes devices which plug in on existing sockets while homemaker are smart switches making normal sockets n devices smart.

@@SantoshTHM i would definitely vouch for smart switch as its a instigated solution and doesn't add a extra layer . but all this solutions only give you ability to switch on and off and schedule for rest functionality you also need a smart device and in that case a normal switch is good choice.

if we have turned ON few switches and then power goes OFF later we leave house and then power comes back ON so, all switches will turn back ON, is there any alternative to turn them OFF after power is gone?
another scenario where few switches are ON in room1 and power is gone and you have moved to other room2 and you want to turn ON few switches in room2 and switch OFF switches room1 when power comes back on

Agar switch chalu ho aur power cut hoke wapas power hone par auto chalu ho jati hai ya fir se chalu karna padta hai
There is setting in app where you can choose the default state in case of power cut .. on off or last state

When I use timer turned on inching and go back to main menu, it doesn’t save preset, when I open again inching option it’s on default mode again every time
That's new for me. I use schedule not inch mostly for high amp switches installed on my geyser n it's working fine. Plz try n contact the customer care n get it sorted.
How connect inverter wire to smart switch and also 2 way connection?
I don't think it has 2 way connect as you don't need it now you have google home & app support. Regarding inverter I think customer care can guide you better.

Yes in 4 gang switch you can name each switch.

Smart switch whenever you can use it as smart plug is a 2 layer solution while other is lvl 1 solution. Also smart switch looks better.

@@SonyTv701 it will take some electricity but it will be very nominal . If your existing switch board permits to install smart switches go for it . Smart switches is a more streamlined solution than a smart plug .

1 switch supports 4 devices max but with low power like led lights , for geyser you need a high amp switch as shown in video . You get 1 , 2 & 4 device control per module according to the amperage / voltage of the device , you have to choose the switch accordingly .

sir it works for me . Plz check that your switches have good signal strength for wifi connectivity as it may not work perfectly with bad wi fi connectivity.
