- Scott McLaughlin continued his march towards back-to-back Supercars titles with victory in the Sunday race at the Century Batteries Ipswich SuperSprint.
McLaughlin led the entire 65-lap contest outside the two pitstop cycles, but had to hold off a charging Shane van Gisbergen in a thrilling finish.
Van Gisbergen closed throughout the final stint but could not get close enough to make a move, eventually taking the flag 0.7s adrift.

Yep, Southern Hemisphere is in Winter, and here in Queensland winter is basically the driest time of year.

Plebtile he locked his front right so he came over further the Anton would of assumed, he probably would of gone off the track but he had unlocked the brake and was turning before he got turned
@@joshuaeaglestone4095 Front left so Anton couldn't see it, Fabs was going slow and going wide, would have been lucky to keep all four on the track. Racing incident.
Used to hate this track when I was younger, good racing though.

I can't get over how terrible the Mustangs look.
Well they're trying to get a chassis/roll cage made that would make it easier for the Mustang body to fit over but obviously Triple 8 doesn't want that to happen.
