Something I always liked about meatwad as a character. he's dumb yes, but he's nowhere near as dumb as the people around him think he is he's fully capable of understanding the situation and how to act accordingly. if anything he probably acts Dumber than he actually is half the time because he knows he's powerless against shake in most situations. But if he does Gain leverage over shake he will use it to the full extent he can.
My theory is that since he's basically invincible, he just generally doesn't really care about much and that accentuates his dopiness, but he's not actually stupid, just child-like
This has to be the best episode in my opinion, the whole thing is so well written you can watch it again and again and still laugh at it. Shake is such a funny flawed character that it's amusing to see him win and lose.

It's the first scene, where you see Shake digging really fuckin deep, taking out part of the front walkway, and obviously going deeper than 14 inches, and the loud sounds in the background... then Frylock coming out and saying "no no no no" and then yelling Shake's name as the camera pans out to see the water main and gas line busted open and spewing into the air way above the house, and piles of dirt, and Shake's explanation about pirates burying those things there. The timing and buildup are what get me.
