Thnks for this great video! my favourite SUEDE song is Stay Together. I remember there were 2 versions on the cd single. A Single edit and a longer one. I bought the cd single on my trips to the UK with the STENA line from Hoek van Holland. Looking for some proper British music on vinyl. Man! Those were the days. I love Suede, nice to see someone talking about them. I got into them when Autofiction came out, instantly became a fan. Then went backwards and listened to most of the albums. I saw them twice in the last 2 years, Liverpool in 2023 and Llangollen in 2024, one of the best live bands I've seen.

Listening to your review of Coming Up - agree with it, yet one of the tracks you didn't mention is one of their absolute classics, Picnic By The Motorway. What an atmospheric track with Anderson delivering a mesmerising vocal performance!

Great listing, pretty much mirrors my own listing although I have a soft spot for Head Music as that was their first one I bought on the actual release day. Fantastic live band as you’ve mentioned.

Great overview. Next to the Smiths, Suede were the biggest influence on teenage guitar playing me in the early 90s. Seeing them on the DMS and Coming Up tours fired me up as a musician. I've seen Suede more times than any other band. However, Head Music was a total crushing disappointment for me at the time and halted my journey with them for a long time.
